Won’t ship my package

I have a package that I paid to ship out on April 11th. It has now been a month with no tracking updates other then “label created”. I have emailed them multiple times and have stopped getting responses after they told me it was stuck in customs and to be patient. This is ridiculous. My package is still in their warehouse and it’s been almost a month. I don’t know why they’re telling me it’s in customs. I called UPS and they told me they don’t have my package. I also have to constantly email them asking to find my packages that have been delivered. It’s been several weeks since my packages have been delivered to their warehouse and they’re still not showing in my account. And to completely stop responding to my emails is so unprofessional. I did not have these issues when ordering from the UK. I am so frustrated with Tiptrans holding my package hostage as it was not cheap to ship.

i dont think its that good.. they are so slow to reply back, and when you top up, they have to do it themself instead of you just getting the money now.

the lowest rates for parcel forwarding

the lowest rates for parcel forwarding, except shop n' ship -aramex service. but that service has invoice issues and all, and no consolidation, thus tiptrans is very good. it has all options/services and is cheaper than most others. ONLY problem is their payment system, not accepting global credit cards (visa, mastercard) or even paypal. till a year ago they were accepting paypal, not now. only option is crypto!!! i am thus searching for an alternate. thus, it is GOOD, NOT BEST.

Avoid this service: No support and no refund

I am writing this to warn others about my terrible experience with TipTrans. I had an issue with my shipment, and since then, I have been completely ignored.

Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I have received zero response. They are holding my money and refusing to provide a refund for a service that was not fulfilled.

This company lacks basic professional standards and customer care. Save your time and money and look for a more reliable alternative. I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

Highly not recommend

Highly not recommend. None sence price for shipping and not change to choose option they will provide you one option and you have to take it. No responces from customer services (3 emails) to find some solution. No option to withdraw money from your wallet. For me this is not fair provider, not recommend!

It's been two years since they…

It's been two years since they responded to me about my account and didn't provide any official documents as to why my account was blocked. They simply took my parcels and won't give them back to me under a false pretext.

My parcel (#162855A)

My parcel (#162855A, tracking: RR950799999CZ) has been lost in transit for 88 days. Tiptrans shipped it via Czech Post on Jan 20, 2026 and since then there has been ZERO tracking update. I contacted Tiptrans multiple times and they only told me to 'wait'. This is unacceptable. Now filing formal complaints with Czech Post and UPU."

I have been using this service for more than a year, I received more than 50 packages in uk and germany, there have been only 1 problem once and they promptly resolved it in less than 24 hours. One of the best services out there, very recommended, prices are very affordable. Hope they also open in Netherlands

HELPLESS

HELPLESS. That's the only thing I have to say about them at the moment. Catastrophic to say the least, contrary to what I thought before sending my parcel to them. Until you pay for their expensive service, even if you use it barely, they are helpless and seems to ignore you. Even if they reply you, it's so slow to wait for an reply.

I'm struggling to find a solution to send my #136509B parcel from their China warehouse to an near adress from it, in Shenzen. Icing on the cake, the only thing they find to do is to make you struggle even more by removing the only paying method I could use with their service AND letting me with a negative balance! Unbelievable.

They dont allow me to change my initial adress to help me for the excuse they dont do so every less than 6 months BUT allow to do it if you pay for a expensive subscription, knowing I rarely use your service ! Kinda greedy, right?

I might proceed to the hard way if nothing change next few weeks, making complaint to the Shenzen city website of the gov and for the reason they're detaining a foreign parcel doing NOTHING to help me but only hassles ! I wish them to stop playing with me and my parcel and send it where I want it to be sent. It's my parcel, my right and my choice. I should do whatever the fu*k I want with it!

Since it arrived, I've lost SO MUCH TIME trying to find multiples solution from others Chinese sellers but no luck, just to send it to a near adress where you're located.

For now on, I'm NOT gonna change my mind about this review and let it like this until we fairly arrange for a solution. WAKE UP, PLEASE! I would not like to use the hard way. I'm waiting for you to arrange this annoying situation without having to pay big amount for nothing.

To resolve this situation immediately and as a gesture of goodwill, we have manually updated your home address to your requested Shenzhen location. You do not need to purchase a Premium membership for Drop Shipping to send this specific parcel. Please note that this is a one-time, final exception to our standard policy.

While we are happy to make this exception to get your parcel moving, we must candidly address the other claims in your review regarding how our platform operates:

Address Changes: Our standard policy only allows users to update their "Home Address" once every six months to accommodate normal residential moves. Constantly shipping to third-party addresses normally requires our Premium Drop Shipping service, which you agreed to in our Terms of Service upon sign-up.

Payment Method Restrictions: You still cannot use PayPal to pay for this shipment or clear your negative balance. Because you repeatedly threatened our team with opening PayPal claims, your account is flagged for risk. PayPal's own strict seller protection policies also limit how we can handle address changes. You will need to use an alternative payment method.

Package Status: We have never detained your parcel. You have always been free to have it forwarded, provided it was processed in compliance with the Terms of Service.

We have stepped outside of our standard procedures to arrange a fair solution for you without requiring a subscription.

Your Next Steps:

Log in to your account.

Clear your negative balance and pay for the shipping using an available alternative payment method.

Process the shipment to your newly updated Shenzhen address.

Although I didn't like their design…

Although I didn't like their design it's obviosuly outdated and doesn't seem legit, the service itself is good and fast. Also, at first they don't provide a lot of instructions as you order something to their facility, but as it gets they send some clear and full instructions. I like warehouse and delivery options, it's pretty much straightforward and flexible. The delivery and processing was fast

Fast, efficient, convenient and easy

Logistics are handled very quickly - packages are scanned in and updated to your account profile very soon after delivery to warehouse, and upon arranging shipping options, packages are sent out to be forwarded very promptly. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the service provided and was able to have a package forwarded from hong kong to the Caribbean within 3 days. I did choose the express handling option which cost only $2 more, and was very much worth it. I have already recommended TipTrans to many people and spoke about the experience, as this company has removed any doubts I had about package safety and handling.

There are also paid options to open packages and verify items before forwarding, for repackaging, and also inclusion of additional documents that may be needed for customs clearance etc. which I can see as being very convenient.

And not to mention, there was no need for any calls or communication with anyone. All was managed through the platform which is very well designed.

Organized Crime Alert – Tiptrans Holds Packages Ransom & Retaliates Against Buyers

UPDATE March 3rd: Tiptrans your public response for damage control is laughable and full of lies. Fact is, after your catastrophic service failure, you are hiding behind "you tried to scam us". I will leave your CEO's words here for everyone to decide. If you leave more lies I will release more evidence of your CEO's rogue behavior.

WARNING: Tiptrans has already lost PayPal Seller Protection due to too many victim disputes. If you dispute any transaction with them, PayPal will rule in your favor immediately (mine closed in 2 minutes with full refund) — that's how many people they've scammed.
This is not just bad service — this is organized criminal behavior.

They systematically target high-value packages, delay them intentionally, force Premium upgrades, then retaliate when customers dispute. They threatened to intercept and return my $620 necklace unless I closed my PayPal claim (which I won). They requested UPS Return to Sender, and the package is now returning to their warehouse for them to steal.

They went silent after the threat — classic ransom tactic: withhold your property until you pay extra or give up. Trustpilot is full of identical stories: packages "held hostage," refused release, extra fees demanded, or simply kept when buyers complain. This is a deliberate pattern of theft by deception, extortion, and retaliation — not isolated incompetence.

I have filed:
- A police report with Hong Kong Police (ERC2602252028143) for unlawful interference with property under the Theft Ordinance (Cap. 210) and Misrepresentation Ordinance (Cap. 284),
- Reports with mainland China authorities (for extortion/coercion)
- Complaints with the Hong Kong Consumer Council
- Complaints with China’s 12315 platform

Do NOT use Tiptrans — they operate like an organized crime ring preying on international buyers who can't easily sue in Hong Kong.

Avoid this company at all costs. They will steal your items.

We take all feedback seriously, but we must clarify the facts of this situation to provide a complete picture.

Tiptrans is a logistics service; we facilitate the movement of goods and do not have any interest in the contents of your packages. However, we cannot provide shipping services for free.

The sequence of events was as follows:

Service Provided: We successfully processed and dispatched your package via UPS as requested.

The Dispute: Immediately after the item was in transit, you filed a PayPal claim citing "Item Damaged." Because the item was still with the carrier and had not yet reached you, this claim was premature and flagged by our system as a payment reversal risk.

Our Action: When a customer disputes a shipping charge while the package is still in transit, we are forced to recall the package to protect ourselves from a total loss on the shipping fees we have already paid to the carrier. This is a standard protective measure, not "retaliation."

We have no desire to hold your property. We simply require a secure, non-reversible method of payment for the shipping services rendered to ensure the costs are covered. Once the shipping fees are settled via bank wire or an equivalent secure method, we will be more than happy to resume the shipment of your necklace immediately.

We remain available to resolve this via our standard support channels so we can get your package to you safely.
