Fast and professional.

Excellent package forwarding company, they saved me a lot of money on shipping fees. With fast dispatch from hong kong to the uk after payment. It only took 3 days to arrive! Will definitely be using them again.

I tell you what I don't like. I don't like the fact that I didn't sign up for their UK services sooner.it was a couple years of issues not to name name's "Forward2me" but you never have to communicate with them I've lost count between UK and HK maybe 30 or 40 orders in the last 5 years and always goes smoothly always and at a reasonable cost Tiptrans.com has reasonable rates but their services are outstanding award winning for professionalism excellence and never no issue convenience that can't be matched. J'ai payé la livraison UPS la plus chère et le colis était censé arriver sous 5 à 10 jours, mais cela fait un mois que j'attends et il n'est toujours pas arrivé. 200 € pour une livraison qui a pris plus d'un mois ! Je me demande comment TipTrans va me dédommager pour l'attente…

It was my first experience to buy an item from another country local store. I found The tiptrans team reliable and responsive on every step of process. The website is really straightforward and I easily managed the local shipping and final shipment to my location in dubai.

They answer if you have question in 1-2 days. They are safe to use even tho the sender wrote the wrong address etc. they still managed to find the package, just sendt them a e mail

This company does a fantastic job providing transparency with everything you need.

Bad experience

After topping my account was sent under investagation and they said that the review would be done after 24hrs and that the amount i paid would be refunded or added to my account. Neather has happend and ive tryed to reach out to them multiple times but they havent replyed. Mind you its been 4-5 days since. Please never use this company if you dont want to lose your mind.

The personal shopping option is so easy, notifications are supplied at every stage and delivery is prompt. Thank you tiptrans you have saved us!

Good things:

1. Ideal for personal purchases
2. Your products once arrived in warehouse, it will be almost immediately reflected in your account.
3. Multiple shipping options like china post, EMS etc. for cost effective international shipping.

Things to improve:
------------------
1. No online customer Chat support: Chat support would be ideal in case of any issues(Reg. payment failure, special package requests etc).
Generally they reply by mail, 1 person in customer support can't handle everything.
It takes time to get response and it is bit frustrating if your package is not shipped and sent back to sender by china post.

2. Poor packaging quality: Please use strong carton boxes and do more bubble wrapping to ensure products are safe.
Please provide an option for extra bubble wrap and charge it on us. No issue. Product safety is important.
One of my package is severely damaged, and 2 products are broken in it. Need to fix it by glue.

3. Incorrect customs declaration: This is bit risky. The items declared by myself are not properly reflected in shipment.
This might cause delay and import customs clearance will be challenging in import heavy countries like India.
Sometimes, customs won't clear if declaration is incorrect.

4. High shipping charges post consolidation: Most often, shipping charges of consolidated packages shows substantially higher price than shipping each items individually. They should address this issue and change. Else, the purpose of package consolidation would be defeated. Also post consolidation, your shipping options reduce to 2-3 which are bit expensive.

5. No Sea freight options from china: To reduce shipping costs, for small businesses, if you have option to ship it via sea, that will be really cost effective.

Very displeased with their packaging services. They don't follow exactly the customer's instructions.

I have had to request several times for a repackaging request (and pay for it), just to make sure that they do what I wish.

It's very hard to recommend their services with this kind of behavior.

bad experience , i dont recommend ! be careful

If you don't want become ill don't use them.they don't have manpower and the support is composed of incompetent People just repeating same answers over and over. My package was delivered to their warehouse and they don't even bother update it on their system. A simple task turn to nightmare .now I have to call a lawyer to fix it.

Ordered three items that came in the warehouse in a one week period. As I requested, Tiptrans removed the original packaging and sent just one packge, so essentially I only paid postage for one shipment. You do have to wait for Tiptrans to confirm the consolidation, and you cannot know the final cost exactly in advance, but there were no surprises.

I can always trust tiptrans to purchase goods on my behalf from websites in countries that won't ship to my home address. They do so quickly and efficiently with reasonable fees. Purchases are sent on to me as soon as possible. This is a great company to use if you want to buy items from other countries.

I used tiptrans a few times but the last few times I had incidents that really annoyed me.

First I asked them to send out a package using DHL but at the last moment they changed it to UPS without notifying me. I was even more upset that UPS delivery was cheaper than DHL but I paid the full price for DHL and never got the money back for the difference in price. I complained about it through mail but got nothing.

Second, I ordered a small package and got it delivered to their warehouse in China. The manufacturing site indicated that the package got successfully delivered on the 11th July yet I got no mail or notification from Tiptrans. I contacted their customer service and no reply. Now I don't know where my package is. I am never getting things delivered there again.

Really helps me out alot when people in ebay only wanna selling within the EU. Tiptrans helps me get the item I want to Canada.
