Worry free shipping from Hong Kong to USA

Fast response time (one business day), excellent packing and communication. When declaring items for custom, I made sure the material is stated (“ceramic..”, “plastic…” etc) to help the custom clearance speed.

They don't even answer after receiving it

This is a shame that a business like that exist. Its been 2 week since they receive the pack. I have receive every proof from my supplier that they receive it, and still they aren't able to precess it. But that not a big of a deal, everyone makes errors. The big problems is that I have sent numerous emails or contact form and they don't even answer. Imagine sending 5 emails in more than a weeks, send 2 contact form and still nothing. The only email they answer was the first one and ask me more info, which a gave. As soon as a gave It, NO ANWER.

I'm a business owner and I can't receive a high value mockup that play a big role in my business health. The only question I have it ; will they even answer on day ? Even sending it ? I don't even know.

Slow customer service

I have used Tiptrans to receive a parcel (ID #73598B) since May 19th. According to the tracking (RR958143634CZ), the package was returned to Tiptrans on July 11th. Tiptrans did not even contact me about this problem. I have sent a message but have not received a reply up to the time of writing. Their customer service is very slow. I hope someone from Tiptrans will read this feedback and get back to me as soon as possible.

EDIT : Customer Service contacted me and I was able to resolve the issue.

To clarify, your item, which contained a battery, was initially shipped via CZ Post, who then handed it over to DE Post. Unfortunately, DE Post does not permit items with batteries in their network, resulting in the parcel being returned to us on July 11th. We understand this was unexpected, and we take full responsibility for the oversight, as we were unaware that CZ Post would transfer the package to DE Post.

We have issued a full refund for the postage costs, and we will cover all related expenses. This was not your fault, and we’re committed to making this right. Our team is reaching out to you directly to confirm the refund details and address any further concerns. We truly value your patience and understanding.

Using their service for a few years…

Using their service for a few years now, used to be ok. Unfortunately currently I am experiencing the same lacking service mentioned by others in here. Is it a shortage of manpower? Like someone mentioned is there really only one person who manage the cs?! Sent them 3 emails about my current parcel, zero response. CS is really below par. Do hope eventually someone is working there and bother to answer inquiries as I can’t send out my parcel without their response and action. New clients should consider looking further -10

I’m extremely satisfied with Tiptrans’ parcel and mail forwarding service. Everything from package reception to international shipping is handled with great professionalism and care. I HAVE BEEN USING TIPTRANS FREQUENTLY FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS NOW AND FOUND NO ISSUES.

THE RECENT PACKAGE I ASKED TIPTRANS TO SHIP FROM GERMANY ARRIVED ON JUNE 12TH 2025, 12 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPPING WHICH WAS ON MAY 30TH 2025.

Tiptrans Scam alert

Tiptrans update: BEWARE SCAM ALERT. they have ransomed my packages and are slugging me with hundreds of dollars of hidden charges not on thier price list. Tiptrans is refusing to allow me to complete a third party pickup, despite this being a service listed on their website. No customer service assistance. they just email rubbish that does not resolve any issue and emails go days and days without any customer support. Dishonest and fraudulent, do not use.
