Helpful support, professional handeling

Ordered from Germany to Sweden. Helpful support, repacked and splitted my package to save on shipping. The value of my package was 2000€ so was a bit scary. But everything was handled very professionally.

I think other reviews must be fake

I think other reviews must be fake. The experience I've had so far is very disappointing. I paid for consolidation/repackaging and the new size of the box doubled my shipping price from what I calculated. The prices on their website don't match the quoted price once logged in.

TipTrans is a good company with fast…

TipTrans is a good company with fast processing for orders, but the major problem I faced was the fees for payment; they accept PayPal only with 5% fees. and exchange rate To HKD, I wish they had a direct credit card with no fees. Overall, I received my order faster than I expected.

Be careful or you'll get screwed

I've been shipping packages to Russia for all of 2024 (approximately 6 times) through TipTrans. All of a sudden when I tried to ship the most recent package TipTrans decides to change it on me and no longer allow shipment to Russia (despite me getting packages there all the time from China and HongKong) and I spent a LOT of money getting my package over to them and funding my Tiptrans account ($150). After a HUGE hassle I finally was able to get them to return it to the USA where it came from but I wasted $100 in shipping and the other $50 is stuck in my tiptrans account with no realistic way for me to obtain those funds (since I funded it with Bitcoin).

Responding to Triptrans' post regarding my earlier post

How much did you pay for the fouled shipment. There was no payment made to my bank account. I can get a bank statement for verification.

The issue is not about whether or not my package was not insured and ended up in a different country at a different address.

The issue here is about the deliberate shipment to a different country, to a completely different address and lying to me all along.

There is no mistaking with the tracking results. The shipment was knowingly sent to Malaysia. You took advantage of the fact that the parcel was not insured and sent it to a different location, knowing I would have little to no grounds to pursue this case.

I have email evidence of my communication with Tiptrans. Tiptrans did very little to resolve the issue and the parcel was deliberately sent to Malaysia.

Stop blaming German DHL Post. I have had German DHL Post delivering my shipments uninsured from Temu to Vienna while residing in Vienna. If you had provided DHL Post with correct information then my parcel would have been delivered to me.

This is blatant lies.

All packages are processed according to the shipping instructions and carrier requirements provided at the time of dispatch. In cases involving uninsured shipments, we strongly recommend choosing insured options precisely to avoid complications outside of our control—especially when using international carriers.

If you believe there has been a mistake, we urge you again to contact our support team with full details, including your order or account number. Without this information, we’re unable to provide any meaningful assistance or clarify the situation further.

Weder günstig, noch zuverlässig

Nachdem mein Paket Retoure ging war es komplett verloren. Tiptrans hat kaum noch geantwortet, wenn dann zwei Monate später im Sinne von "wir sind an dem Thema dran" ... Erstattung via Paypal eingeleitet und zum Glück zu 90% zurückbekommen. Danach hat Tiptrans mein Konto einseitig einfach geschlossen.
Danke für nichts!

Very great and easy service to use!

I registered for this service only to buy something from a different country, where they don't ship to my address. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. The process is very easy to understand. It might take a bit longer sometimes, but I'm willing to wait. Overall I'm very satisfied. Thank you very much! Definitely I'll keep the account for the future.
