This really is very good especially when a direct shipping option is not available from the country of origin/purchase.
I paid 141,32USD for a consolidation of a 3.4kg package and subsequent EMS economy shipping to Germany. Not cheap, but I thought at least it would work. The shipping took about 3 weeks and when it finally arrived I asked DHL to hold it for a week, but they returned it to China one day before I could pick it up. It seems to be returned to Tiptrans by now and DHL said Tiptrans is entitled to a full refund on my shipping cost. Yet, Tiptrans hast ghosted me, kept the package. kept the money. I booked their "insurance" but now I don't even know what it even means. Never received the package. Got rid of my money. Had 2 months of trouble. Lost face in front of my suppliers. For an overpriced consolidation service. Never again!

I would strongly recommend this service as I believe had everything run according to plan (outside of tiptrans power) it would have been seamless and really reasonably priced.
However as there has been a strike on Canada Post, I had to change the courier twice in order to make sure it came, which cost a lot more than I anticipated…and then there was an additional customs charge during delivery - so all in all cost £95 to get a sweater delivered from Hong Kong to Toronto which is extortionate. But the original courier would have been more like £45 with the additional customs charge - which is still a lot but more reasonable. The reason for the change was the strike and so Hong Kong post stopped deliveries to Canada temporarily so as mentioned - tiptrans were not at fault. The only thing that could have been slightly better on their part was the initial contact - it said it would be dispatched next day and it took 5 days for them to let me know that it couldn’t be posted with that courier due to the strike, which did delay things a little.
Overall though, as I say, they were responsive via email and a brilliant service. I’d definitely use again and recommend!

Terrible sevice! They mislead me 3 times that it's possible to use my own shipping label, saying each time that it's possible to use a different courier (each time I purchased labels) while it was not possible to use any. Their customer service is also just dumb.

Just simple and efficient. Once you’ve learnt the steps it’s easy to understand and use.
If you could pay directly by card - ex. Apple Pay then it would be 5*****.
I used their assisted purchase service, and they didn't even provide evidence that they made the purchase, even though they received payment ahead of time Now it's been 10 months with no contact.
Also, they make you "top up" your account so that there's always an unused balance

Good guiding when beginning. Very helpful manager in Czech. Costs were like promised. Only receits from some of the costs was lacking but explained anyway. All in all very good experience in my quite difficult first shipping.
Wow, just wow. My package is basically being held hostage by Tiptrans. They are going to extreme lengths to prevent me from receiving it.
When I attempted to top up using PayPal, they played games with me, repeatedly refunding my payments until I couldn't use HKD anymore. And then they have the nerve to accuse me of "fraudulent behavior" when they are the ones creating all the obstacles. Shouldn't a service provider aim to assist rather than accuse? Maybe they should just remove PayPal as an option if they don't want people to use it!
To add insult to injury, not only did Tiptrans placed my balance in the negative for "receiving the package," and even had the audacity to levy a "refund fee" for refunds that I had never even requested. They also refuse to return the package (worth over USD 100) to the sender for a refund, effectively holding my package ransom for their own gain.
The customer service was an absolute joke. I was met with impoliteness and unprofessionalism. One-liner responses and sometimes no response at all - it's like they don't care at all. Specifically, "Gaston" from Customer Care Representative [UK] was a prime example of this. Tiptrans needs to train their staff to treat customers with some basic courtesy and respect, not like walking wallets to be exploited and discarded.
Tiptrans' conduct is everything wrong with customer service—lack of transparency, incompetence, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. To anyone considering their services, I advise caution. Unless you're prepared to endure a bunch of frustration and disappointment, it's best to explore other options.

I write it always: Carefully open in the UK, super-safely re-packed for shipment to the CZ, and posted typically the same or very next day. I received this way maybe a dozen of cummulated lots, and that's IMO already a funded statistics 👍👍
