What can I say…. Saturday night New Year’s Eve my daughter’s stroller stopped working and we had an early flight. I tried everything out there to get a stroller for my toddles and yet no luck. I tried calling tiny feet 8am Sunday knowing no one will answer but I what a surprise I received a messages asking me how can we help…. And they made miracles. I was able to pick up a beautiful joolz stroller for my daughter in the morning b4 my flight not during their opening hours and they made me a discount instead of making advantage of the satiation. Plus the owner was welling to make an hour road trip to meet me at the shop but his lovely dad saved the day. May gods bless you with a wonderful year. 🌹

Made an order on their website on 15th Dec, received no email confirmations.

A week later still no confirmation. Sent several emails to customer service with zero response.

Managed to get through on the phone and was told to text/WhatsApp. No response for a day so called again.

Was then told the online warehouse don't have stock of the product and don't stock it anymore! Even though it's still listed on their website.

Gave up and PayPal processed the refund. Very poor service!

Note all positive reviews are for the physical shop, don't order online!

Not even a one star!! The most worst shopping experience i have ever had!! As a soon to be grandmother I visited the shop with my daughter. We wanted to place an order for a pram a push chair a car seat and various accessories. What should have been a very happy experience has been a very upsetting and stressful experience. Numerous text messages with no response and numerous unanswered phone calls, have sent so many messages to find out whether order was even placed let alone when might be delivered and we have now given up. How rude to not even respond!!
I can not believe trying to place an order and spend money could be so difficult. Having wasted a month trying to place the order so I could give the pram etc to my daughter for Xmas I have given up and will go elsewhere for a proper efficient retail expereince.

As locals, we accidentally discovered this shop while on the hunt to see a specific pushchair in person. We got solid advice and in the end, decided to go with a Joolz AER+ along with its accessories. The delivery was quick and on time.

Super helpful from start to finish with lots of advice! Quick, personal delivery so that parcels were delivered safely :)

We found our baby car seat at a really great price at Tinyfeet, almost seemed too good to be true! We emailed and got a quick response which reassured us before ordering. Great communication and arrived the next day. Thank you!

After feeling overwhelmed when we visited a larger baby store we found Tiny feet online and used them to get our pram and various bits ahead of baby’s arrival. We are so delighted we did. From the minute we entered the store (you have a private consultation) we were made to feel at ease with no pressure to purchase there and then.
I had been researching prams and had another brand of pram in mind but was advised to opt for another one as it met better our requirements and I am so grateful and happy I listened.
Our products were also delivered to us at no extra charge and also we’ve been able what’s app if we have queries or are looking for other products. We have continued to use them for other products we need and the service is always top notch.
I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. Also nice to support a smaller / local business.

Fantastic experience, we were in the market for a pram and honestly a bit lost with all the choices. We had just spent 2 hours at John Lewis before heading over to tiny feet. When we arrived Shezhad immediately put us at ease and really helped us figure out what we needed and more importantly what we didn’t need based on our lifestyle. We felt looked after and will definitely be going back for other bits soon!

From start to finish the service was amazing. Went above and beyond to assist us in a perfect choice of pram for our baby and delivered to us at short notice due to early labour. Amazing shop and owners, credit to new parents everywhere.

I contacted their customer service email on a Monday afternoon about availability of a carseat, and on Tuesday morning one of their team members dropped off the carseat at 8am the next morning. Great customer service!

Met the company at the baby show in Birmingham and we got to have a good look at the pram we were interested in. The guy who showed us the pram was really knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all of our questions.

The Pram arrived with nothing missing.

Very good customer service. Great pricing and timely delivery. As new parents we were confused on a few things, and we were advised really well on certain products with a lot of patience. Would definitely shop more from Tiny Feet.

I would avoid this website like the plague. I put in an order nearly 3 weeks ago and never received my car seat. I have tried chasing the company but I have had no response.
The site seems to be owned by a Shehzad Chishty, whose accounts are overdue by 3 years so clearly it's a scam.
Really not something a busy mother needs to add to her plate going through paypal to get a refund.

Very good customer service.
