Absolutely the best service. I have struggled to buy size 2 ladies heels and small feet have a variety. The shoes I have recently bought was that nice I bought the second pair in a different colour. Great communication.
The only thing I can say is, I wish they had more than two colours as I would buy them all.

Having such small feet it is extremely difficult to find heeled shoes to fit me. I was scrolling the Internet when I found this company and decided to try them. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again. The shoes are perfect and very well made. Thank you.

I have been looking for court shoes I can wear in the summer and was really pleased to finally find a nice pair. The first set did not fit but Small Feet Shoes were accomodating and sent me a smaller size which I adore. They do respond via whatsapp. I am happy with my purchase and the service.

I never received any confirmation emails and had to email them to find out if they had received my order. They did text me to confirm. Only received an email after the shoes were delivered. However the two pairs of sandals I ordered were delivered and they are lovely and I’m happy with the quality, they also fit perfect. I would definitely use this company again.

Well what can I say about this company.. Amazing, lifesaver, made my daughter so so happy she can now find adult shoes in her tiny size. My experience with this company has been excellent, so helpful in making sure of the correct size and fit. My daughter will always need to buy size 13 so this company will be with her forever. She can now grow in confidence. Shoes ordered were perfect and super quick delivery. Seriously cannot fault anything about small feet shoes. I ordered my wedding shoes while I was still in Dubai for my wedding in Scotland. They arrived at my fiancé’s house and when I arrived in the UK, the shoes are just perfect and I couldn’t imagine wearing any other shoes apart from them. The fitting is so perfect and it doesn’t hurt my feet. Easy to walk on and very stylish and elegant. The lady I was in touch with was very helpful from presenting me the choices and she even tried some shoes on for me to see the actual. She was so kind that she went extra mile in providing me pictures on how the shoes look like once worn. And lastly, she extended the return policy for me as I didn’t get to fit the shoes until I arrived in the UK.

The shoes arrived on time. They looked exactly the same as advertised on the website and they fit perfectly. Thank you to the lady on the phone who suggested I draw around my foot and measure it prior to ordering. The size was spot on! At last I have found somewhere to buy shoes and know they will fit.

Absolutely love my new shoes 🧡l'm a size 12 children's size shoe. Most sites start fromm 13. Jo was really helpful and honest before I even bought any shoes. Messaged me with all shoes in size 12.Then when I ordered refunded part of delivery charge...as mine had to be made and my husband selected next day.Already looking at next shoes .I have only ever had one pair made in Australia and they cost 4 times the price of these!! X

Extremely positive experience shopping with this company. As motb I needed some shoes to match a dress which is alas something extremely difficult to find when having size 1 feet! After finding the customised colour shoes I started my enquiry and was met with very prompt responses. We contacted via WhatsApp which I was able to send photos of the dress with them responding with the closest match available in a satin finish which was my required material. The sent me all the shoes which can be made and finally arrived at a choice of a sandal with 6cm heel. They arrived within 3.5 weeks and matched my dress beautifully. I am forever thankful and will 100% shop again with Small Feet Shoes in the future. The customer service I received was quick, easy, professional and very friendly with nothing too much trouble.
