Worst company everrr!!! I believe its a scam. I placed an order and never received a confirmation email. When i wrote to them a comment on instagram, instead of solving the situation they kept deleting my email. Plz don’t believe their adds and don’t fall for it because its a fruad!

Poor quality
Waste of money. The design of the preschool busy book leaves a lot to be desired, and the quality overall is poor. I was expecting the cutout images to be laminated in plastic given they are to be handled by toddlers, but they are just flimsy pieces of cardboard. Disappointed!

It was amazing ! I got three boards. One for my son and two to gift my beloveds. We all loved it. However we were supposed to get some gifts along with the purchases. Unfortunately we didn’t receive two of them.

If there was a zero to select, I would have given them that.
This is the worst company I've ever felt with. It took 2 months to receive the book I ordered. It was written in another language other than English. I asked for an exchange, which they said they would do. It has been months of back and forth exchange through email with them, each time they apologize, and say they will take care of it. It has now been approximately 8 months, and I have asked for a refund now, since it's obvious I will never receive the order. They have not given me that either.
I would never order from this company again, as they are dishonest, and full of empty promises. Buyer beware!!

After all that, asking for a refund is completely fair, and I want to see it honored rather than promised again. Busy book order
Bought a busy book for my daughter and was very excited to start using it with her, received book, however it was faulty! Reached out to customer service who assured me that a replacement would be sent out immediately and shipping details would be sent.. this was on the 21/04/26… I still have not received a replacement and no shipping details were ever sent to me. I have reached out on numerous occasions to customer service however just get the same response “we will look into it and get back to you” however nothing actually gets sorted. Just avoid the hassle and shop from elsewhere, it’s not worth it!

Cheaply made and not worth the price. The busy book is maybe 10 pages, and the Velcro stickers you have to place cover the images to match so defeats the purpose

Busy book advertised as for babies under one year bought for 9 month old unable to use any of the square detachable patches as would be a choking hazard also the sticking patches came off also a choking hazard and more worryingly a small grape sized bit of hard plastic came off completely

It's a scam!!!
I definitely do not recommend it! I ordered montessori busy book and tested the zipper first after opening the package and the puller immediately slipped off. It was not locked into the zipper in any way! Definitely not a product that you could give to a 9 month old baby!! I sent feedback via email and asked to return the book, they advertise 30 days money back on their website. I have not received any response. Instead, aggressive advertising has started from the same address.

45days after order still no delivery!
I ordered Dec 16th, 2025 a small item, it took tibatoes 4 days to dispatch the item. After asking for a tracking code, it turned out it has been sent from China. Since then I sent about 15 emails to the customer service, and got always the same answer: „it’s in transit“ please be patient.
Today it’s the 45th day since I ordered, no delivery no expected delivery date, on info…

Just returned items. Took forever. Terrible shipping and tracking. The products received were junk from China. Very similar products on Amazon for 1/2 the price or less, and if you desire this type of very poorly made material, at least Amazon on your side. DO NOT BUY from this company!!!

Safety issue
This toy is not safe to be used by unsupervised babies/ toddlers . My 22 month old grandson was easily able to pull off the clock hands and place the small white cap into his mouth. This is a choking hazard . Please ensure your child is closely supervised when using this product .

Not Trustworthy!
Interestingly, the owners refuse to accept responsibility for their inability to fulfill orders. Instead they blame it on the shipping companies.
I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from a company that blames others for their problems.
I wonder how sure you can be of the materials that their products are made with. Are they safe and durable?

I ordered the BLUE book
I ordered the BLUE book. My husband was sitting by me when I hit BLUE. I got a notice saying the PINK book was on the way! It took ALMOST THREE MONTHS to get here. I contacted customer service who said they’d send out a blue book and I could return pink book. Didn’t happen!! Now saying they’ll give 30% refund!! Next time I’ll deal with a company with integrity. Would give less than 1 star if I could!!
