I paid an extra fee to receive the order before Christmas and it was only delivered on the 26th. When I claimed they only said they apologises… they even refund me these extra!

The kids loved it and they were busy with it.
They did not ask for their screens. They usually do.

I think we all have been scammed. As I read these reviews it sounds exactly what I have been dealing with. I ordered off the website on 12/6. According to the tracking it’s been sitting in transit in Chicago since 12/20. I ordered 2 boards for my Grandkids and will not have for Christmas at this point. I was actually thinking of ordering these for my friends who are having grandchildren but now I will not order from this company and will not recommend them! I am actually thinking of contacting my credit company to dispute the charges!

Like everyone else, I think we got took a bit. I finally got my binders, paid almost double than what they charge on Amazon. I had to dispute the payment. Then, finally they arrived on December 20,2025. I had ordered them on November 02,2025. I recharged the payment as promised, even though now I feel that Amazon is charging less. For all I-know, they were all ordered from Amazon. Bag was same when they arrived. Merry Christmas. I hope many of you will receive your package.

I ordered the busy book on 12/3 and it has been sitting in the delivery facility since 12/15. No updates. No response to my email. My granddaughter’s first Christmas and seems like I won’t be getting her toy to play with Christmas morning in time!

Tracking stalled after a week and hasnt been updated in over a week since then. No response to multiple emails to hello@tibatoes. Out of town grandchild visits 12/20. Seems like there won’t be a present

Order was placed 12/6; from 12/13 until at least today (12/26) the tracker says it is still sitting in Chicago. Email response from Tibatoes refused a refund and said to watch the tracker. I don't want it at this point since guests have come and gone. Tibatoes response to comments that the delays are resolved are patently untrue.

Label was created 8 days ago. Ive reach out to customer service multiple times and they just keep telling me to watch the tracking link. I wanted this for our florida trip on the 28th. They are ignoring my request for a refund also. Im sure theres a better company out there that handles their own shipments and not a drop shipping company as this one sounds like. Im not even sure im responding to a real customer service rep or a AI bot.

Poor quality and wonder if actually safe for small children as look flimsy and possibly a choke hazard if things fall off!!

This was definitely not what I expected. The material feels rough, the pieces, like the squares etc, feel slightly sharp and the amount of effort to remove the pieces from Velcro is pretty significant. I waited over 3 weeks and definitely don’t feel this was what I expected. It’s much smaller - and I now see there is a PLUS size which should be clearly noted when you are looking at the photos. Very deceiving. I would prefer to return but it is a Christmas gift and now I have to sort what to do.

It has been 2 weeks already and I still don't have a good delivery date!! Ordered items for Granddaughters first Christmas and all I get are excuses and may not get them in time!
Not made is the U.S. And they have no idea what is happening

I ordered three busy boards and got a pack of bath toys thrown in for free— everything is so awesome! My daughter loves the boards. They provide the best kind of curiosity for her young mind. Shipping was fast and customer support was quick to respond when I reached out! 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered two Tibo toes books. Then when my order came, there were three and I looked up my order and there was another one added after I had ordered the two. I’m not sure how to get in touch with someone to settle this and return the extra book I did not order

My daughter says my 7 month old granddaughter loves her Busy Board and they are counting on it to keep her occupied and happy on her first flight later this month

The construction of the Montessori books is very good quality. The bathtub alphabet made bath time fun and educational as the kids spelled their first words.

My great grandson loves his 2 y.o. birthday gift, the Montessori Busy Board. It’s a portable book great for travel. His parents have already used it in restaurants.

Your product is amazing, I want to play with them myself. The Montessori boards are Christmas presents, and with the 2 boys (1 year old and 2months old) will love these. I am sure I will be be buying several items in the next few years for them. Thank you.💚💙🏈🏈💙💚

All the things I have gotten have been for my two youngest grandkids as gifts and everything has been really good so far and the only thing is when you buy multiple things and then you have to do a review. It only lets you review one item. It’s like you cannot review each individual item like Amazon does. I don’t know why it does that but that’s what it does if I go back to try and review another item. It’ll say you already did your review and that was just on the item that was first on the list.

Well packaged and the product is so high quality!! Very impressed and can’t wait for our little one to grow into this and play
