Ordered after seen ad on facebook, we got a 2 pairs of goggles for our girl and boy. The goggles are great so we decided to order the adult versions for ourselves. The box came a bit damaged but the support solved the issue instantly! :) thank you
I'm really happy with the goggles. They fit my child well, stayed comfortable and didn't need constant readjusting. We have tried a few different pairs before and these are the first ones that actually seem to work properly
My son is really fussy about having anything on his face, so I honestly didn’t expect much. But he kept these on for his full swimming lesson, which has never happened before. He said they felt comfortable and didn’t keep asking to take them off. Really impressed.
Scam company. They don’t respond to emails and add you to a subscription that you can’t cancel with £4 for a swim insiders which isn’t even received. A con service.
Bought and ordered goggles - which were received, however they added a monthly $8 "Swim Essentials" subscription which I did not agree to - and there's no way to unsubscribe from their website. Dodgy.
I placed an order two weeks ago and received an order confirmation but no information regarding tracking. When logging into Shop to try and find some more information about the tracking I saw that the order hasn’t been processed yet. I don’t know if they are out if stock but some form of communication from them would have been appreciated.
Ordered on November 28,2025 a Christmas present for my granddaughter. To date it has never arrived even after repeated inquiries by me. Just a run around. My lady inquiry was never responded to.

Items never arrived
Donot order with this company. They are scam. Ordered 2 goggles. never recieved them It has been more than 3 weeks now. No contact details for the company. no response from contact us aswell. Delivery company Involve Yun Express, not able to contact them in australia or hong kong, further investigation shows parcel been given to speedx in Sunshine Australia, no contact details from them also and ai response on website. I have lost my money. Hope other people dont lose their hard earned money.
I bought the pack of two child size goggles and two adult size. The child size was supposed to be for age 12 and under, but was so tiny it didn't fit my 8 year old, let alone my 11 year old. They also didn't have the nose covers shown in the advert, but instead came with separate nose clips. I emailed their customer services to ask about exchanging the tiny pairs for adult sizes, but the email address was fake and my email bounced back. Then we tried the adult sized ones on holiday and at first they were okay, but on day two they were leaking. They were quite pricey and terrible quality. Do not buy!!
