Shipping did take a minute, but these goggles are worth every penny. When I tell you they don't fog up, I mean it! Like holy cow! Highly highly recommend!!

I ordered activities like matching cryons numbers etc they sent me a case of crap nothing g like advertised total con don’t purchase anything from them they even say 4+**** from trust pilot stupidly I didn’t check b4 hand

Horrible quality! What a waste of money!

Arrived in boxes, neatly packaged, and the product is exactly as advertised. My children haven't taken them off since they arrived, and it has promoted interest in swimming so that, as a parent, I feel more comfortable with them in the water. My girls don't have to worry about their hair being ripped out with regular goggles, and we're excited to use these goggles all summer long!

avoid this company they dont respond to emails tracking has stated for over 8 days waiting for sender to send package coming and company keep trying to lie and say it has been sent when tracking dosent lie and sais otherwise guess i will have to do a bank charge back

posted this review on there facebook and instagram and they have blocked me shocking customer service hiding there dodgy dealing other reviews clearly show the proof

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed my order on May 28, and it was never received. The tracking information was never updated, and there has been no meaningful communication regarding the status of the order.

Their so-called customer service is a joke. You’ll likely waste both your time and your money. There’s a reason they only accept certain payment methods, and it raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the business.

What I can’t understand is how they refuse to issue a refund for an item that was never shipped. I’m out the money, but hopefully sharing my experience will prevent another family from making the same mistake.

Goggles came in a timely manner and work exactly as advertised. My kid and my girlfriend wore the kids goggles and they were completely leak proof. I was even tossing my kid into the air and they stayed on when she would plunge into the water.

My son absolutely adores the goggles and snorkel! He jumped straight into the bath, head under water and declared that they are ‘so clear!! I can see everything and there’s no water getting in the side!’ They’re easy to put on, easy to tighten, great clear vision and suction well. 5 out of 5!!

I bought 2 of the Montessori busy board backpacks and although I like the product, I feel like buying the most expensive option was a mistake. From what I've seen advertised, it doesn't have nearly the amount of elements as the 8 page option despite it being advertised as having 30+ elements in comparison to 8 pages. This makes it sound like it has more and is a better product when I don't think it is. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I do just feel disappointed.

As per your email tell me why I purchased a products 4 weeks ago with a tracking number and since I’ve been trying to track the item there is no such order with the courier company!! Police are aware so my bank.

Product was as described and my kids keep them on for hours.

No tracking information item never arrived customer care don't care at all. Same response every time generic not interested.

I order international orders all the time and you can always track them so this excuse from them is a joke.

No interest in rectifying it or any attempt to give me back my money currently claiming back via a credit card with Thier rubbish responses as proof.

Unfortunately went on these reviews too late. Honestly, initially was excited about the purchase. My daughter loves things likes this. However, it’s very misleading what you get. I have emailed before writing this and tried to get help. As I have literally spent way more time on that website than I ever cared to. They don’t specifically state what each ‘size’ has included on the website. During emails I just condescendingly got told what I’d purchased, instead of my questions actually being answered. So still don’t know how to buy a different size. Not that I would now….. had a problem with the colouring portion of the download. There’s 78 pages and the majority of them have no where to colour in. I just kept getting sent the link again. Instead of any offer to fix the document. I am literally fed up, reading their replies to reviews being nice and wanting to fix stuff for people but i just keep getting emails stating what I’ve purchased instead of ways to help. I literally feel like putting it in the bin. I very very rarely write reviews but just don’t bother buying this!

Very misleading delivery estimate. Website said 3-5 business days and it took over two weeks to get my item.

I also think it was only dispatched after I chased them up a week after the order.

I bought the whole set of busy book i paid around 100$ but when I received the items its only the busy book with an empty pages and the bag. I sent an email to them asking for the remain pages of activity busy book and other items as they mentioned in the advertisement, i got the answer there 1000 pages as a digital copy and regarding the empty pages in the busy book they said its designed for DIY activity so children can draw and creat, in this case there alot of activity i can download them from the Internet i dont need to pay 100$ for something digital. If i want to print them i need to psy more the 300$. So this activity book will cost me around 400 doller. Please dont belive its false advertisement and didnt get the quality of what was on the review in the website. Its not recommended at all.

My order status has not been updated since I paid, they refuse to refund, the tracker is not real time as advertised and I do not believe this is a legitimate business AVOID reported to trading standards.

Received the parcel. Really nicely packed and items are as described. Happy with the items.

Ordered a Montessori Busy Board on 4 June 2026 and paid for express delivery. Got confirmation emails and tracking order emails as well as a notification from Evri that they were expecting my parcel. However, on the 9 June 2026 got an email saying that due to their February Screen free sale my order would be a few days later to be shipped. Bear in mind it is now June when I ordered. There was absolutely nothing on the website about this and they shouldn't really be taking orders they can't fulfill. I replied to their email on 12 June 2026 asking for a timescale for delivery and asking for a refund of cost of express delivery. I got another email saying it will arrive anyday now. But when I tracked the order it says it hasn't even shipped. This company seems to be either just dodgy or just completely useless and incompetent. So beware when ordering items.

Product is great and age appropriate for even 6 months but postage or delivery kept changing in date expected so had continue to keep looking out each day to ensure no one took it. Product sturdy and fun for even little ones. Strength is good when baby teething and wants everything in mouth. Like the way you can make it so appropriate activities for age group.
