After ordering these googles we saw the terrible reviews and really weren’t hopeful. They turned up and actually looked better initially than we had expected. However on holiday they’ve really rubbed my daughter’s cheeks badly and caused her significant discomfort. They also leaked a little. Personally could not recommend these at all.

Goggles were useless, let water in when swimming. Returned them as they are not as described and faulty. Was offered a 30% refund then 50%. Had to pay postage to return and was not refunded my originally postage. Which under the consumer rights act 2015 they must refund original purchase price, original postage and return postage cost. Currently still in dispute about this, waiting for a senior team member to get back to me as all the other emails are from AI assistants. I will do a chargeback from my bank if I don’t get anywhere.

Great product. My 8 year old jumped straight in the shower to test the goggles when they arrived. Since then he's been walking around with them on his head because apparently they look so cool. I tried them and was very impressed with the seal.

Been nearly one month since I ordered my goggles and no sign of them. Requesting a refund 2 weeks ago as haven’t come in time for my holiday and company just keep saying they’re in transit can’t do.

I wish I’d read these reviews before I bought! I got a buy one get one free deal on (very expensive!) goggles- one pair works fine, the other is faulty. I contacted Tibatoes who very swiftly offered to send a replacement pair straight away, which I waited for, after a while I chased up the status of the replacement only to told someone would look into it…this process of me chasing and someone “looking into it” continued for a few days, until I received a further update that after reviewing things they would not be issuing a replacement for the faulty product. I repeatedly asked to return/refund but kept getting offers of partial refunds in response. Eventually I cut my losses, took a partial refund, threw the useless goggles in the bin and then bought a pair off Amazon- at least I know if anything goes wrong I can get a full refund. Buyer beware!

I ordered on June 8th. It is now July 2nd. I have been assured they are looking into my order multiple times but I have given up hope as they never respond with an actual answer other than "it takes a while as it comes from abroad". Do not believe their delivery times.

We ordered 2 pairs of swim goggles. Delivery took about 2-3 weeks. When we finally received them, we tried one pair and even though suction worked when they put it on, when they entered swimming pool water went in from the side and we had to change to our old goggles. I contacted their customer service and asked for my money back just to receive an email offering me 30% off instead. I received a faulty goggles and you are offering 30% off. What exactly am I supposed to do with goggles when they don't work? After another email, you offered 50% off or return but I had to pay for postage even though the goggles were faulty! You claiming that you offer 30 days stress free return but this was definitely not stres free. In the end I accepted 50% so I get at least some money back and stop wasting my time.

I would avoid this company. They haggle you on faulty products to be discounted rather than send back. First 30% then 50%. The items arrived damaged and in poor quality not safe for children at all! When I explained I wanted to return for full refund I was eventually told the address - in POLAND! And I am responsible for paying shipping costs, absolutely ridiculous. Not a reputable company products are clearly not safety checked either. Very poor service.

Very poor. Ordered product and it took over two weeks to arrive with very little by the way of communication from the company - I started to wonder if it was a scam. When they did arrive the goggles are exactly the same as a £2.99 pair I ordered from Amazon - every detail is identical. They came in a cheap plastic box, and are clearly brittle with no flex or bend. They feel very poor quality. I bought them for my four year old, tried them on him and they're significantly too wide for his face and don't bend at all. I then tried them on my ten year old and they were also too wide on her! They just about fitted my adult face - maybe why all the adverts use mothers to model the goggles, I should have realised. I contacted the company to return them and it appears they have no return policy and kept pushing to instead give me a discount. Eventually we settled on a 50% refund as it was going to cost me more to return them, but I still think the company has made a significant markup and profit on what is clearly a very very cheap product. I would warn others to stay well clear.

My grandkids love the goggles however not been fully tested yet

Although it took a month to receive and my tracking was never correct The goggles themselves are really good materials. The company constantly followed up with me and made sure that I got them and that they were to standard. They also offered me a partial refund so it made it worth it.

The items were exactly as advertised...ease of use, secure to the face, and fun, Fun, FUN !!!
Admin personnel were exceptional in answering concerning questions and went above and beyond to complete the Shipping process !!

Horrible service. I ordered swim goggles and my order hasn’t made any progress. I’ve reached out to get a replacement or refund and they just tell me that they can not do even after i got an email saying that its probably lost. Going on 3 weeks and still no refund or goggles!

I loved the goggles. Easy to put on an anti fog as said on the video. The best goggles I bought so far.

Had to pay £10 additional postage to receive 3 pairs of goggles, having already paid £5 for delivery. 48hr courier took 3+ weeks to arrive.
Customer service refused to refund their postage error.
Will initiate chargeback via credit card company.

Een bestelling geplaatst voordat ik de reviews had gelezen. Na alle slechte reviews heb ik gelijk na het plaatsen van de bestelling een mail gestuurd om te annuleren. Hier werd niet op gereageerd. 5 mails verder met het dringende verzoek te annuleren, zonder enig reactie, werd de bestelling geleverd. Paar dagen nadat het geleverd werd kreeg ik ineens reactie op de mail of dat ze me nog konden helpen. Terugsturen kost de helft van de bestelwaarde, dus heb mijn verlies maar genomen. Ik ga er in ieder geval nooit meer bestellen.

Lies, delays and low quality product - avoid. Chinese junk you can buy for cheaper on Amazon (if you really must). Impossible to get a refund. Buyer beware

The grandkids love these goggles! Comfortable fit and say they are “so clear to see”through. Shipping took awhile, but worth the wait for sure. Price is a tad high.. feels like $15/ pr would be more affordable

Bought the goggles for my daughter and she loves how the water does not leak through. The clip on function for the strap is also so useful. Was pleased that there were no delivery issues to Malaysia
