As always, delivered on time and excellent fish.

exceptionally unhelpful & aggressively rude customer services. ordered from their chef at home order number 81571. courier emailed to say that they would take a photo of the box in the open door way. courier dumped boxes in full sun on a hot day, despite being labelled 'leave in a safe place' did not knock and did not phone. food all ruined. no apology just told that the courier they use doesn't knock, DESPITE THE COURIER EMAILING TO SAY THAT THEY WOULD LEAVE IT IN AN OPEN DOORWAY. best avoided as others have had this experience judging from the reviews,. was very disappointed as have eaten very well in their excellent restaurants

Great food and lots of staff so the service is great too. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I ordered a side of ready sliced smoked salmon which is absolutely delicious, just the right amount of smokiness and very soft and tender. Hard to stop eating it to be honest. I’ll order another one for Christmas, even though I’ll be out for lunch. Always handy to have in the freezer, and it defrosts very quickly.

We had a lovely waiter at Wright Bros in Battersea, Antonio was attentive and engaging. Food was delicious and fresh.

Ordered a selection of seafood: ( lobsters, oysters, crevettes, crab claws, crab and prawns) for a dinner party. All the fish was good quality the only disappointing item was the crab claws as they were tasteless and watery.

Over 4 weeks ago received an invitation to reserve a table at Wright Bros restaurant in South Kensington for their special ‘Cracking Crab’ multi crab dish dinner priced at £60 a head. I invited a friend who loves Crab dishes and who is dealing with impaired sight and deserves a treat. We made transport arrangements to get to South Kensington. Reassuringly we received ‘You are all set to go for Cracking Crab message 4 weeks ago and then later again we were asked by Seven Rooms handling the reservation for Wright Bros to confirm our attendance and they reminded me that any changes to the reservation have to be made more than 24 hrs before the booking or face a penalty of £25 per person. I confirmed our reservation. Imagine my disappointment to receive a phone call today from the restaurant manager less than 7 hrs from the meal , saying that there was no ‘crackin Crab’ special meal and that this had been a mistake by the Wright Bros marketing team. I’m hugely disappointed and have had to reach my friend and undo the travel plans we had made to meet up. I’d like to understand how this mistake could have been made.

Service at Battersea Power Station was great! We were served by Antonio who was very hospitable and welcoming during our first time here

Started using this company in 2020. However they have just had the last order from me - the quality has steadily gone down hill and the recent delivery was really awful. Taramasalata that was like soup, smoked haddock from the skinniest fish I have ever encountered and the prawns were more ice than prawn. The fish portion sizes were mean as well and since the restaurants reopened the scallop sizes have reduced considerably. TBH it was probably the kick I needed to start buying locally. Don't waste your money here - I have for too long now.

The food was exceptional but the main event was Antonio. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He couldn’t help us enough. The best food and best service!

Wright Brothers is our go-to shop for seafood for its wide range of offerings. Products arrive well-packaged and quality is excellent. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Very good experience overall.
