Great fish, especially the var salmon and steelhead trout. Delivery is always faultless and products are always well packed. Can’t recommend enough

I regret not noticing the numerous one-star reviews and unprofessional responses from Wright Brothers before placing my order. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others.

I ordered a variety of seafood items online. The mussels arrived dead and broken, and while they were refunded, the scallops—which caused food poisoning—were not. Instead of resolving the issue efficiently, customer service insisted on an unnecessary and frustrating conversation about my illness. The focus should be on preventing spoiled seafood from being shipped in the first place.

I am now left with salmon and squid that I do not trust to consume. I declined a replacement because I have lost all confidence in this company. Additionally, I had to discard the salmon because it had been previously frozen, despite being advertised as "fresh," and the expiry date was far too close to the delivery.

Wright Brothers claims to prioritize customer health, yet their actions prove otherwise. Freezing seafood labeled as fresh creates quality and safety concerns, and sending items close to expiration is irresponsible and wasteful. Seafood should have bright colors and no unpleasant odor—anything else is a red flag.

I expect a full refund. Wright Brothers' procedures are misleading and dishonest. Customers pay for fresh seafood, not for poor excuses and fake policies. I will not waste my time on endless, scripted discussions about complaints—I simply want safe, quality food as promised.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company, as I deeply regret my purchase.

The products I ordered were excellent quality. They arrived well packaged and the courier arrived exactly at the time they said they would. All in all an excellent service and I will certainly be ordering again.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and it never disappoints! The food is so fresh and staff are very friendly. I can’t wait for the terrace to open and for the weather to get warmer so I can enjoy the amazing ambiance with a glass of sparks and their infamous oysters! Last time we've been to, waiter recommended us the best in the menu for this day. Excellent dishes, the fish was perfectly fresh. I will definitely go back again and again. Great experience.

Your fish is always of the very best quality and arrives on time. It arrives beautifully packed and surrounded with ice thus keeping it very fresh.

What a waste of money.. £50 for 24 oysters with barely any flesh and two overpriced cocktails .. the oysters were so minuscule it was hard to get anything out of the shell. I have been to several restaurants in London that offer £1 oysters in the early evening and they were excellent value for money.

I purchased a whole side of smoke salmon for a gathering of friends at the weekend. This was the second order I had placed with WrightBros. Unfortunately, the delivery driver left the parcel at the wrong address. I called DPD and was told that the driver would redeliver to my address but they could not give me a time.

The driver failed to retrieve the parcel and did not redeliver it to my address, despite being told that the driver had been instructed to do so. I waited for the delivery and kept checking outside my front door because DPD delivery drivers do not ring the doorbell and just leave the package outside. I gave up at 9pm and I never received the parcel. As such, it ruined the occasion I had planned.

Given that it was a Saturday there was little I could do so I sent an email to this company to explain the situation. Despite acknowledging that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address a customer service "manager" offered to reschedule the delivery with £20 off my next order or cancel the order and provide a refund. I said that this was not good enough and advised them that they should reschedule the delivery and provide a full, if not substantial refund for the extreme inconvenience caused by their chosen delivery service provider. I said that they should take it up with the delivery service provider for compensation, given their error.

My proposed resolution was rejected and I received a totally unacceptable explanation justifying why the delivery drivers do not even ring the doorbell to notify the recipient when the delivery arrives.

Absolutely abysmal customer care. If you have any problem with the delivery you're on your own.

I found another retailer, Goldsteins which sells the exact same whole side of smoked salmon for over £10 less. I will be using them in future. I would also recommend The Fish Society and advise that you avoid Wright Bros.

They do not know or don't care about customer satisfaction.

Decided to visit Wright Brothers for the first time to celebrate my son's birthday. There are few quality seafood establishments in London and the menu looks appealing as did the location (Battersea). The food was very disappointing (especially given the hefty £50 per head cost). I filled in some feedback and received a message from the GM requesting further information. This was sent and I had to chase the GM 10 days later as no response was received. Whilst apologetic, all it offered me was the opportunity to be well looked after if we were to return - little incentive to return. I made the GM aware of this fact and never heard back from her again........

I originally bought my first order from Wright brothers during lockdown, and it was mixed. Decided to order from them again for Xmas, and it was fantastic. Everything I got was top quality. I am just about to place another order for New Year.

I had an amazing time here! The food is fabulous and the staff are really friendly... I will return

As always amazing service. First time sitting at the bar and juan and benjamin were amazing! So much care in their service. They treat other staff with respect and professionalism and made my friend and I feel at home. True hospitality. Look forward to our next visit 🩶

Disappointing experience! I ordered the BBQ box for my hubby's milestone birthday . He is obsessed with seafood It was packaged nicely, but apart from that it was very disappointing . The monkfish was not well prepared and I had to waste precious time prepping it . The scallops were so dirty and sandy I was shocked . The entire experience put me off ordering from them again .

A very rude, obnoxious group of individuals work here. Something very off about these seafood suppliers, will never use again

Sea food is always fresh, well prepared, well package. Needed to contact customer service one, help I received was a high quality and professional.
Cannot wait to order more fish, sea food, shellfish etc. I just love them.
