Wouldn't order again
I need two phones delivered for my office. They were due for delivery a week later and a day after they were due for delivery i received an email from them saying they were out of stock and that i would have to wait. I wouldn't have minded if they said it at the time of ordering, just not a day after they were due!!!!

Outstanding customer service
There was a problem with the delivery company used, but the Telecom Shop bent over backwards to resolve the situation. I am delighted with the product and the price. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great experience as ever
I have used the Telecom shop on a few ocaisions, and i find their customer service to be 1st Class, as well as that they have great prices and very quick delivery.

Reburbish Avaya Phones
I have found that the service is very good when placing our orders for Avaya Phones. They were delivery the next day. They were also a very good price. Stephen and his colleagues are very helpful. If there is ever a problem with goods they replace immediately.

Excellent and personal service
Found a product I liked on the website and called for details on additional kit required and compatibility. Great knowledge and service received.
Bought the product on-line and it arrived 48 hours later, well packaged and in perfect condition.
When I was uncertain about setting it up the team was quick to help me get it working.
