We purchased three phones. When they two of them didn't work properly but this was very quickly remedied and within 72 we had working phones.

Great helpful company that went above and beyond to fulfill my order.
Great communications. Kept me in the loop all of the time. WHen I could not get what i wanted they upgraded me to a better model at no extra cost. Always use this Company for my telecommunication needs and always will.

Ordered online and received handsets within 48hrs.
Although refurbished they looked like new and my customer was happy.
I have bought from Telecom shop before and they will always be the first place I look to when I need telecom equipment.

Value for money
Value for money phones, however paid for next day delivery and that didn't happen. Didn't have the phones we ordered but they upgraded for free which was good. Didn't receive for one week from order.
