Wish I read reviews before I 'purchased' a Powerbank. Website said it was in stock, then radio silence. Followed up after waiting 2 weeks and received generic responses about "... following up with the Warehouse Manager". After another week, it was obvious the item was never in stock and I demanded a refund, then ended up disputing the transaction to my credit card provider. No wonder these guys are in Administration. AVOID !!! There should be a zero star rating option

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. No response from them regarding dispatch. Email to support went unanswered. Finally called them and the product is out of stock with no ETA despite their website indicating it's in stock. Requested alternate item and stressed urgency - customer service didn't bother telling the warehouse and item will now arrive too late.

Hi, very happy with my experience, even though I ordered in May, Linda kept me informed of progress making sure that my order wasn't forgotten once it was realised that they were out of stock until it arrived, I was also offered the option a full refund straight away, great service. Mike
