THE/STUDIO Omdömen

I have TheStudio make two very important patches that go on my products I invented and sell to the Oil & Gas Industry. I've now reordered 1,000 patches from them for the fourth consecutive time because their quality is perfect every time.

This was my third time ordering custom patches here. The price was reasonable, and I received the final product sooner than I expected. They were also great about making multiple adjustments and changes to the mockup for me and their customer service is fantastic.

Love the patches they made for us. Checked with us every step of the way. What can I say? A few days after our shipment arrived I ordered 100 more.

The three people I interacted with were great. There were two things that were not initially placed in my order. Each time I recognized something wasn’t correct, they were there with help to solve so the order can progress. They kept checking in with me to see how I felt everything was progressing. The order arrived today and it was early, too. Tonight, I heard from Unwana responding to my email that I received the order.
Thank you!

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Carol and the entire design and production team.

Although there were a few challenges at the beginning, everything changed once Carol took ownership of my project. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand the vision behind my design. Her commitment to outstanding customer service, combined with her creativity and attention to detail, resulted in a finished product that exceeded my expectations.

The woven patch is more than just a product—it represents a lasting family keepsake that will be cherished for generations to come. Warmest regards, Carol, for your dedication to excellence and for helping bring our vision to life. I highly recommend this team!

The team was quick to response to emails to ensure all questions were addressed and the order was submitted in a timely manner.

Incredible service and outstanding quality. I decided to skip the sample, and I do not regret it at all. The patches exceeded my expectations, and the quality was amazing. I will definitely order again!

The customer service was excellent and the representative was very helpful. The patch turned our exactly how we wanted it.

From start to finish great communication always making sure I was satisfied with any changes I wanted to be made. The patches came out better then expected, they did a great job and will definetly do business again.

The crew at THE/STUDIO were timely with their responses, clear with their correspondence, and the graphics were on point! Thanks for all your efforts. Our patch, which celebrated a 25 year backcountry camping tradition, was flawless and any concerns I had during the production process were quickly address. Thank you!!

We have been using The/Studio for five years to make our Challenge coins. They are prompt to respond, courteous, and priced very reasonable. The quality of the coins is excellent and the consistent year over year, batch over batch.

Not only did my project turn out great, the communication from The Studio team was excellent. When a modification was required to my order that put the delivery timeline at risk they immediately got production to prioritize the project and expedited the shipping to ensure it was delivered on time for my event. I'm super appreciative and would 100% use The Studio again for future projects.

The custom patches I ordered came out beautifully. The order process was easy, and I really appreciated how easy it was to get a response from the company when I had questions or concerns. They were very responsive when I reached out about a shipping concern and got my products to me on time.
