Communication was good overall. The messaging wasn't ideal -- their entire message was sent in the subject line of the email, but their messaging platform showed it such that it was readable.
The most disappointing aspect was that they couldn't deliver my order before the wedding it was intended for. There was an issue with my first design -- initially they had to make changes to it that made it really unattractive, but then they could make the initial order in it original form but by then it was too late to get the order in time, even with the expedited option. I found out about that much too late and didn't have time to order my product through any other means.

The support I received from the staff was great. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and were happy to assist with multiple changed throughout the process. They answered the questions I had quickly and they cared about my individual order. I recently received the challenge coins I ordered from them, and they turned out better than I could have anticipated when I first started thinking about having one made. I have already gotten sever comments on the coin looking great from a handful of my students. I will use them again on future projects.

After spending over a month getting embroidered patches made they are useless. I purchased iron-on adhesive patches to put on hats and despite many emails back and forth regarding these patches never once did they mention they would need to be stitched on in addition to using a heat press.
Despite contacting customer service regarding the fact the patches never would adhere properly and following their instructions they continue to send, they will not stay attached. Customer service, as an offer of goodwill, has offered a 15% store credit. They claim that it is a known fact that embroidered patches may need stitched. Nowhere is this mentioned nor did they say anything in our many emails before production.
Obviously the company is unwilling to stand behind their products. I’m disappointed to say the least. We have used them successfully in the past and recommended them to multiple people but will no longer do so. If looking for embroidered iron-on patches I definitely wouldn’t waste my time or money with this company.

The/Studio was great to work with. They attended to my request and made edits as needed to make my patch perfectly way I wanted. Communication was great and keep me informed they process. Once I got the patches they exceeded my expectations.

I ordered two sets of patch designs. One turned out great, the other run had an error that didn't appear on the production sample. After reaching out to customer service, they did a reprint run with the design accurately produced. Very happy with the results!

If I could give it no stars I would. I kept getting switched around to so many people for my project, the patches were awful and could not be sold for a breast cancer fundraiser. Everything kept getting delayed. After 2 months of dealing with excuses and crappy workmanship I cancelled all my orders. DO NOT USE!

The keychain turned out excellent. 10/10. But I've been spoiled by 4imprint. They let you place an order, upload artwork (even a rough draft), send you a first draft, incorporate your feed back, and the artist even calls you while sharing their screen, if you have a lot of changes you want to make, so you can see them made in real time. Free!
They and other vendors send links for the different parts of the process. A link directly to art approval, for instance. With THE/STUDIO I had to go to their website, sign in, and try to find where to approve the art work. Every part of the process required me to follow that procedure -- go to the website, sign-in, give approval or disapproval.
I was a first time customer, so it was particularly challenging. Send links that let customers perform whatever tasks you need from them1
so the design part with THE/STUDIO felt like more work than it had to be. And I didn't like paying before I saw an image. That isn't something other imprint vendors I work with require.
Also, you can't talk to anyone, everything is done via email. If you don't understand something, it can be a frustrating back and forth process that could have been solved by a 2 minute call.
I ended up placing my order twice because i could not see that my original order was being processed and I had received a confusing email that I couldn't call anyone to question.
Ordering a keychain with our logo (not new artwork) took me at least 10 times longer than it would have with one of my other vendors.
So yay for the product (5 stars) and cost (4.5 stars) but just 3 stars for the process.
However, every email i received was accommodating and as helpful as their system allowed them to be. No defensiveness, no "you did it wrong", just "how can we make this better for you?"
If there is something THE/STUDIO offers that is better than I can find from one of my regular vendors, I would consider ordering from them again, but I wouldn't be eager to.

I had several changes that I wanted made to my custom embroidered Patch request, and this team was spot on and fantastic!! excellent and fast service. I also got my shipment ahead of the estimated date.
I will definitely be ordering again 100%!!!!

The design team was easy to work with, every step of the way. They did make some positive suggestions that improved the look of the challenge coin.

I had a rush job for enamel pins that they handled perfectly from my initial conversation with Victor to the delivery that actually came earlier than anticipated. I have been making a custom order 3 times a year with The Studio for about 6 years, now. They have become our go-to supplier for this particular product. They have saved my project several times by rearranging their production order to help make sure our order arrives on time, when needed. I’m grateful to the team that I have had the chance to work with as they have always gone above and beyond with courtesy and professionalism. Big fan of the staff and have yet to be disappointed at any point in the customer service process. Web site works well for ordering on my schedule, which is always a bonus!

I've ordered two different types of coins from them and my designs were rather outlandish and hard to make and instead of getting annoyed at me for the difficulty of it they found a way to make it more affordably and better quality and frankly their design was actually better than mine and it still included everything I was trying to include in the images very well done
