I was a little nervous to order as there are some not so great reviews. However, it seems most issues stem from people ordering custom patches. I was looking for custom challenge coins. I decided to order following conversation with the sales rep as well as the pricing was great. The process was so easy from start to finish. Always quick and prompt follow up to questions and design changes. I even got the coins weeks ahead of the estimated delivery date, which was a nice surprise. The coins also look fantastic! I am so excited to award these to my team.

I wanted to reorder patches that were ordered years ago, I had no information on the previous order, but they were able to find the design. I had a deadline, which they met and kept me informed on timing every step of the way.

I've been making my squadron patches more than 10 designs since 2024. They've been professional, exclusive and have outstanding skills. Products are also very fine, sturdy, well-designed, very nice-quality. I would definitely re-visit. If y'all want to make some of patches, you know where to come.

The Studio did some amazing work on our embroidered velcro patches that we wanted made. They came out amazin!

Lucy on the customer support was amazing to work with! I needed some custom woven tags printed and shipped in a short amount of time and she got it done! They arrived just in time for my daughter's birthday party, and THE/STUDIO didn't even charge an expedited fee to get them here quickly. Highly recommend this company, and if you get a chance to work with Lucy on your designs, she's amazing!

The complete lack of communication and disorganization is shocking, especially since I am a long-time customer. I'm not even sure if this is a real business anymore.
