I absolutely love The Shirt Company
I absolutely love The Shirt Company. The quality of their clothing is exceptional, and the Morgane dresses have become some of the most-worn pieces in my wardrobe.
I first bought the Morgane in brown polka-dot print and loved it so much that I bought the navy and then couldn’t resist getting it in white too. If they made it in more colours, I would genuinely buy more.
I live in these dresses from morning to night. I’ve worn them to work, birthdays, polo matches, holidays and just casually during the day. They are incredibly versatile and can easily be dressed up or down.
The quality is fantastic, pure cotton, beautifully made and very comfortable. I particularly love the open armholes, which make the dress cool and breathable in warmer weather, and the big deep pockets are brilliant.
Each dress comes with a matching self-fabric belt, but I also wear mine with different leather belts to completely change the look.
It’s rare to find a dress that is this comfortable and practical while still looking so elegant. Three Morgane dresses in already, and I’d happily buy another! I get so many compliments wearing them and feel like a million dollars on them!
For me, it’s also always better to buy from independent businesses like this, where you can see that they genuinely care about the garments they make, rather than buying from the same global chains. You can really feel the difference in the quality and attention to detail.

From my point of view, this is a miracle. I had problems with the delivery, but once the company was aware of my issues they spared no effort to assist me. I purchased a dress
I purchased a dress. It was absolutely beautiful but very much larger than size guide, which I checked carefully. I returned it immediately.
Received a message to say it was received but that I now need to wait 21 days until it is checked for suitability for return. That is a long time to hold my money and I am left feeling sick that it may not be refunded.
I have never come this before. Won’t be buying again.

Our standard returns processing timeframe is up to 14 days from receipt.
We have also tried to contact you through Trustpilot to request some additional information, but unfortunately have not yet been able to reach you.

I recently wrote a negative review about my frustration with returning a blouse to The Shirt Company.
I have since been advised that the Returns Portal issue was NOT the fault of The Shirt Company but directly caused by a tech issue with Global-e instead.
I would like to state that I will now continue to buy beautiful blouses from The Shirt Company as I have been doing for many years.
The fabrics used by The Shirt Company are of a very high quality as well as having lovely designs.
I am sorry that I had to previously write a negative review of this company, but I now rescind this previous review and will continue to be a loyal customer of The Shirt Company.
I should add that this is the only time I had ever had a problem with The Shirt Company and as it turned out it was not their fault but an issue with Global-e.

Refund process just too long for me
I found the shirt I ordered ok, not great, not fitted enough, so I returned it. They rec'd the return on 4/4, emailing its receipt & allowing for up to 14 biz days to process the refund. They are taking every minute of these 14 business days, which seems long for an online transaction. I'm sure they enjoy the float, but it's too long for me in comparison with the other sites I shop so I won't be ordering from them again.

Beautiful Unusual Shirts
Well, I just love their shirts... I have a wardrobe full of them! Just before Christmas I ordered a Brooke black shirt and its my absolute favourite! I've never had any issues with this company and cannot understand the poor reviews. Your shirt arrives within a few days, is beautifully packaged and its a joy to open! I also ordered one of their tuxedo shirts to wear over Christmas.... its gorgeous!

I am addicted to the London shirt…
I am addicted to the London shirt company! The quality and the finishing is a 2nd to none! I have ordered approximately eight shirt in total because they are really just the most exquisite product! I am normally a 12 on the top as I have a very broad back and I am a size 10 on the bottom, so I usually order a size 14, which is absolutely perfect Once you buy one you will never stop? They launder beautifully which is a huge bonus. I cannot recommend highly enough.
