I recently purchased The Fold’s beautiful lace dress for my 60th birthday party! Absolutely gorgeous dress so many compliments. Had a small discrepancy I was contacted Shahnaz who dealt with it quickly & very efficiently.

I loved my first experience at The Fold! I texted in advance and my clothes were waiting for me to try on in a lovely, spacious and light changing room. Water was offered which really helped in a hot day. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was assisted by Rebeca whose expertise in both colour and sizing was exceptionally valuable. The alterations service was efficient as well. It’s also worth noting that the quality of fabric seems very good. I had just returned to buy a pair of jeans! Thank you The Fold. 😊

Beautiful dress, from the fabric to the fabrication it's just perfect. Shipping was fast and easy - no concerns about tariffs or taxes. I'm thrilled to have it and to be able to wear such a lovely thing.

Three dresses from the Fold were delivered by Anita from Harper - a delivery service to enable clients to try on merchandise at home.
The frocks were exceptional. Anita’s visit was a great success. I enjoyed her assistance and it was a wonderful way to try and buy!

The best flattering unique suits, come from here. The prices may be high but if you’re lucky enough to get your size when the are on sales , it’s worth the wait. The try before you buy puts your mind at ease.

Had an amazing experience shopping in-store. Elly was incredibly warm and very helpful! Really went above and beyond to help me, and even helped me order some items that weren’t in stock in the store for next day delivery. I was worried because I wanted to check one of my items in different lighting but it was final sale, and they gave me an exception to allow me to purchase and return it - the systems work really well as all this info was kept on file so when I went back to return, it was seamless.

The clothes are fantastic quality and perfect for professional use - the quality is amazing for the pricing. Had some suits for 4 years and they still look almost brand new.

In my last order, the shipment got lost at point of delivery. They nonetheless honored the order and sent me a new batch. What a fantastic service. Kudos to the Fold and Shahnaz who assisted in the process. Great communications.

I cannot fault the brand and it’s service to customers especially the harper try before you buy, it’s a great concept if you want some flexibility, however I have been somewhat disappointed with the quality of the garments to add, the first pair of pants I got a couple of years back came apart on the seam so I didn’t shop here for a while I decided to try again as I like the clever crepe collection and have got 3 of the double breasted blazers in different colours however, the black blazer all the pocket lining has come unstitched and the quality of the other 2 seems to fall below par I’m usually a size 14 or 16 to allow for some give I’m not a large lady but I had to buy one in a 18 for more comfortable size which feels strangely odd I know sizing differs, all in all I like the brand but sadly I have found other brands that the quality seems to be more better sadly to say.

The staff went out of their way to help with the problem.They are very friendly but professional people which gives me the confidence to buy from them again. Not forgetting that the clothes are beautiful!

The company really needs to pay attention to the skyrocketing number of 1- and 2-star reviews in the last few months, and address what are clearly systemic problems.

The Fold's website promises that orders to the US will be "dispatched within 48 business hours" and "will arrive within 3-6 business days." I ordered suits on June 8. By June 17, they hadn't shipped. I followed up; customer service blamed it on "delays in processing," and promised my order would be "prioritized." A week later, it still hadn't moved. I followed up again. On June 25, I was told it would ship that day, only to discover later the shipment was incomplete. I followed up again, and was told several items, including the jacket half of a suit, were "unavailable at the time of dispatch." I'm now having to follow up yet again, this time to try to cancel the orphaned suit trousers, which are useless without the suit jacket. It's absurd and exhausting.

Lovely clothing but the dress was too long. However my return was received nearly 2 weeks ago and still no refund.

Item was too small. Returned nearly two weeks ago. No refund. No response to voicemail left a week ago. Item was great quality. Service leas so.

Their stuff is absolutely amazing and the customer care is wonderful. I couldn't find a piece I wanted online, but the team was so helpful. They managed to source it from their physical store and arranged to have it sent straight to me. Highly recommend!

Once Shahnaz was involved the process was very seamless and pleasant. She solved a problem with delivery, etc. promotion time!!!

I wanted the Eden Jacquard dress in a size 14 for a special occasion but it was sold out on line. Shahnaz from the fold sourced one for me, ensured it was ordered and delivered and then went out of her way to send me ideas and links for accessories, particularly a hatinator. The service was exceptional and the help was delivered with great personal care. Thank you The Fold, and specifically Shahnaz - the dress is beautiful and fits perfectly, I can’t wait to wear it.

I was looking for a dress for my son’s wedding - bought a 16 which was a little snug but kept it as I loved it and hoped to be a few pounds lighter ! Obv didn’t happen - no 18 on the website but got in touch with customer service at the fold who informed me when they had one returned to their warehouse . Bought it loved it and they happily refunded the size 16 . All in all fabulous customer service and will definitely buy from there again . Many thanks Shahnaz for all your help
