Thescarfgiraffe Omdömen

Second time ordering with The Scarf Giraffe. Again I’m more than pleased with the quality of goods, speedy delivery, plus all items professionally and carefully wrapped with instructions on how to fold the gorgeous Panama sun hat.
The Scarf Giraffe partners with Switch2Zero so every purchase contributes to a tree being planted, which other suppliers would do well to follow this worthy initiative.
Nice personal touch with a hand written hello and thank you from Nicola.

Excellent service found exactly what I wanted from very user friendly website. Delivery within 2days beautifully packaged.lovely easy company to deal with❤️

This was an exceptional shopping experience. Ordered my hats yesterday and got them delivered today (no extra fee!). The two summer hats are of great quality, very lovingly packaged with storage bags added and even a personal note from the owner. I will definitely recommend thescarfgiraffe to all my friends and family.
Thank you Nicola

Great sun hat, lots more choice on the website than most. The order was processed super quick for standard delivery and arrived well boxed (all paper/card packaging except tape). Very pleased with the hat choice, not too girly but nice quality detailing and arrived in great condition. Folding instructions in the box with the travel bag and the hat itself is adjustable so I have a perfect fit!
Scarf giraffe partners with Switch2Zero too so the purchase has contributed to a tree being planted, which was an unexpected bonus!

I was looking for a sun hat which would fit my small head as most adult sun hats are too big and children hats can look inappropriate for an adult. I found 2 children’s sun hats with this company which were perfect & a good price . Delivery was very quick & the hats perfect for me. Instructions were also included as to how to fold the hats & place them into the cotton bags provided. Would purchase again from this company.

Ordered 2 scarves yesterday and paid extra for next day delivery, arrived today delighted.

Needed something yellow foe my husband's funeral on Monday and so many companies have let is down with items not arriving.

Thank you Nicola - they're beautiful x

Gorgeous scarves and great prices! Bought as a gift and for myself. Super quick delivery.

I have been looking for a reasonably price children’s Panama for quite a while and came across The Scarf Giraffe purely by chance. Hat ordered on Sunday and delivered Tuesday and it fits the bill perfectly. Great service all round. Thanks

Just love my new panama hat, came within days, good quality and excellent fit.

Brilliant company to deal with. I had a couple of issues and Ruth resolved them quickly and efficiently (great customer service - Ruth is a real asset to the company). Thanks so much. I definitely recommend this company. Pretty scarves too!

So pleased I’ve discovered this fantastic scarf and accessories website! I ordered one of the faux fur snoods and was so delighted with the quality for the price I’ve ordered two more of the same but in different colours. A bonus too that they were in the sale! Such quick despatch and delivery and beautifully packaged in tissue paper complete with a personal message from Nichola. The snoods are perfect for wearing on a chilly day whilst walking my dog. Great as a gift too for the friend who has everything…. I shall certainly recommend to my friends and family and will keep checking out the website for future purchases.

A couple of the items I ordered were out of stock and I was given an apology and refunded the amount promptly.

The customer service is fantastic and the products !
Wow beautiful and beautifully packaged.
I will definitely be buying again.
What a lovely gift for a loved one.
I’ve already recommended this company to friends.

This is the third time I have used The Scarf Giraffe and I am never disappointed, the scarfs are beautiful and
great value for money, they arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with a personal message from Nicola.

Highly recommended. The scarves I ordered for my daughter's birthday are lovely. Good quality and brightly coloured. The packaging in separate bags, tissue paper and personalised Thank you note is a really special touch.

I ordered a leopard print snood and two pairs of patterned gloves. Love the quality. They arrived the next day after ordering- very impressed! Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

I always try and buy from small family businesses and I came across The Scarf Giraffe whilst serching for a gift for my friend. The website is very easy to navigate, with very clear photos and images of each item. Lovely choice of scarfs, hats, gloves etc. All very reasonable. The delivery is free if you spend over £20 which is wonderful considering the cost of everything these days. My order arrived 2 days after placing and was packaged beautifully. Every item is wrapped in tissue ready to gift, and there was a little handwritten card to say Thank You from Nicola also in the parcel. Such a lovely touch. This company go to a lot of effort to ensure you receive wonderful products, secure and on time. I will definately be buying from them again and would highly recommend. Treat yourself or a special friend.

Amazing, lovely colours a very good quality.
I ordered scarves loved every piece I strongly recommended to everyone .

I ordered a foldable Panama hat on 17th Dec… even with all the issues with Royal Mail, the hat arrived today 20th Dec!! Soooo happy! Having bought numerous hats on holiday I MUST say this is far superior to any of the straw type trilbies you buy from the little beachside shop! In fact, it’s so sturdy that I thought they had sent two by mistake!!
I am more than happy THANKS VERY MUCH!!! Decent price too!! (Loved the little note)

Absolutely fabulous scarf . Beautiful pattern and very soft . So happy as it was delivered very quickly as I had expected. Great service and value for money . Loved the personal touch with the message sent with scarf . Will definitely buy again from this company . Highly recommend .

Wow, what a fantastic find!
I ordered a hat & a kimono and the quality is fantastic.
Delivery was within 48hrs, and the package was beautifully wrapped and the personal note, very much appreciated.
I will definitely order from The Scarf Giraffe again, and have already recommended two of my friends to have a look.
