Thescarfgiraffe Omdömen

Easy to browse the website, easy ordering process and fast delivery. Really pleased with both hats received.

What a lovely company to deal with. I ordered a hat last year, it was perfect and the service is exceptional. I have just received a pashmina, that I plan to use for my holiday. It is absolutely beautiful, so soft. The personalised touch of a handwritten card with my name on made it even more special. Thank you.

Excellent hat and fast delivery. Just got back from first holiday and agree with other comments that it is easy to fold away and pops back into shape. Really pleased I discovered The Scarf Giraffe

Absolutely love this hat! It fits perfectly, folds up easily for travel, and reshapes instantly without any fuss. I’ve had several compliments while wearing it—so many that I’ve already bought a second one! The listing photo showed a black band, but mine arrived with a brown leather-look band instead, which I actually prefer. Really happy with the quality and style. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, lovely hats. We will buy from them again and recommend to others.

Bought two foldable summer trilby’s and they arrived really quickly. They were beautifully packaged with pink tissue and all the instructions you need for folding into the lovely little bag! The hats are great quality, nothing flimsy about them, and with a little adjustment fit perfectly!
I am very impressed with this company and would buy from them again and recommend to others 😘

My new Panama hat arrived the day after I ordered it via Royal Mail. Beautifully packed , along with the fold up travel bag and instructions for folding . Love it .

Bought a folding hat and took it on holiday. Went straight back into shape after removal from the bag. Beautifully made. Highly recommend.

I’ve bought two Panama hats recently and they are very good quality and a great fit. They fold up really well so they are easy to pop in a suitcase rather than having to carry them all the time. I’ve recommended them to friends who love them too. Thanks for great service too.

Well my hat arrived today and I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so pleased with this hat I thought I really had to!! Beautiful hat, well packaged, arrived quickly and in perfect condition. If you’re hesitant about ordering don’t be quality of service and product are excellent and I don’t say this lightly. Definitely recommend.

Quick delivery, well packaged. I love the daisy hat, such a pretty colour and good quality
Unfortunately I had to return one of the hats I ordered as it was a poor fit for me, but there was absolutely no problem with returning it

Lovely hat, beautiful packaging and prompt delivery. didn’t anticipate such good quality at such a great price! Highly recommend this company.

Hat arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Very delighted with the presentation and quality when I unwrapped it. It included instructions to fit to my size and how to roll for travel.
Can’t wait to wear it - makes me feel glamourous!

What a fantastic company to deal with!
A family run business who provide the best service!

I ordered a foldaway sunhat which has just arrived. It was beautifully packaged with a personal message. It came really quickly and it is beautiful. I can't wait for the summer to wear it.

Delighted with my hat which arrived promptly and beautifully packed with a hand written note which was a lovely personal touch. The hat is a beautiful Turquoise colour and is excellent quality for the price, It folds easily into it's storage bag. Very happy with my purchase. Thankyou!!

I had an item in my basket to give as a Christmas gift, saw it was under £30 so didn’t qualify for free delivery so thought I’d take a look around the website to see if there was anything else I could gift someone for Christmas and noticed the rest of the website is just full of AI images. I just can’t trust how genuine a website is that’s full of AI generated images ‘modelling’ the items. I’m afraid this may be a scam which is so sad as I really liked the hat in my basket!

Excellent service. I ordered a hat after seeing an advert on social media. I normally wouldn’t order on social media as I have had my fingers burned in the past. After reading the reviews, I went ahead and bought a foldable hat which arrive beautifully packed, with a little note and instructions 2 days later.

I will buy from this company again as the service was great.

-5 star
excellent hat - extremely good value. this is the second hat I have bought from tis company. I love the large size - previously i have always had to buy mens hats to get one that fits. Its great that it rolls up and fits in my suitcase- I have lost many hats in airport lounges in the past! also very impressed with the quality - I wore my hat in the sea for a week - obviously it got quite wet, but the hat is still great. also loved the way the hat was packaged and sent, lots of tissue paper and a little hand written note - made me feel very special. Love this company
