Thescarfgiraffe Omdömen

Really good price, quality exceeded expectation and the delivery was prompt with a personal touch. I would recommend.

Ordered the two tone Panama its absolutely gorgeous and does roll and reshape. Had a small quality issue with the original order, emailed Ruth at customer support who replied in under 40 minutes new hat dispatched and told to just keep the damaged one instead of returning it. AWESOME service. Great to deal with and you will love the hats.

My foldable Panama hat has just toured South Africa in my case and in hand luggage, as well as on my head. Still looks good! To be recommended.

Excellent scarfs with very good packaging and delivery service. The scarf hanger was very unique.

I ordered two Scarf Hangers from Thescarfgiraffe which arrived within 2 days.
I was very impressed with the product and the way it had been packed.
The hangers were wrapped in pink tissue paper and there was even a hand written personal thank you note. A very nice touch.
I will certainly order from them again when necessary and recommend them to friends.

Second Panama hat from this fabulous company …. Easy ordering , quick delivery and great packaging ! The hats are fab ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ also really nice touch with the handwritten note 🤩

This company has excellent customer service, communications and delivery service.I have paid for next day delivery and that Fed ex service has been excellent. I have purchased several hats and scarves from them now. Unfortunately a hat I purchased for my husband was too small, but the returns process is simple.
The hats do not loose their shape after being rolled up and wear very well. Highly recommend.
The only issue I have had is last year, I purchased a Panama hat decorated with a belt and the belt was not glued on well and I lost the belt. However I sewed some ribbon on.

Amazing customer service!!! I can’t stress enough how amazing they are! Very beautiful scarves with great quality. They offer next day delivery for free now and that’s absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Ruth, she went beyond and above today to complete my order.

Good service but watch out if you buy the Panama hat with the belt detail, it falls off because it’s not actually attached to the hat. It doesn’t take long to end up with no belt !
Have raised this with them so hopefully this will get rectified but watch out if ordering and check hat use before it’s too late to get a refund for a defective design.

Absolutely beautiful scarf excellent quality very fast delivery, will definitely order more gifts.

Delightful Company! Ordered a hat and a scarf. Great quality for a fair price, delivered quickly and beautifully wrapped and packaged. Lovely to see a company approaching their business in such a customer focused way! Will definitely buy again

Ordered a Panama hat yesterday morning and it was delivered early this morning. Fabulous hat, fits perfectly and packed beautifully. Thank you so much, I am delighted.

I just wanted to leave a review to say that I’m delighted with my packable Panama hat from the Scarf Giraffe! I’ve just tested it at the Burghley horse trials & I think it’s amazing! Was rolled up tightly in my luggage & popped out without a single crease & kept me cool all weekend. Best hat ever ! Thanks Anne H NI

I bought 2 pairs of kids gloves and they are lovely.
Great price as they were on sale but would have paid full price.
Ordered Friday morning and they were delivered on the Saturday afternoon at a reasonable delivery cost.
Packaged very nice with a little personal touch.
Very nice experience overall.
This was my first purchase but I will definitely return.

I bought 2 pashmina type scarves along with gift boxes and personalised messages for the intended recipients.

They were delivered very quickly in a sturdy box.

Each scarf was beautifully packaged in a gift box and the personalised message as requested was inside. They were also individually packaged in a plastic bag.

As I wanted to look at the scarves, this spoiled the pretty packaging. I therefore emailed Scarf Giraffe to ask if it would be possible to have more tissue and stickers. A prompt reply was received and the tissue and stickers were received a couple of days later.

What excellent service!
Thank you so much, Scarf Giraffe

Bought a couple of scarves in the sale to try this site out and am blown away. They were delivered quickly, beautifully wrapped and boxed and the scarves were even nicer than expected and beautiful quality. I'll definitely be buying more.

Such a great service and really well made hat that I’ve been able to fold and travel easily with.
Thank you

Ordered a foldable summer trilby and flamingo scarf yesterday. Just received them now - beautifully wrapped and boxed. The hat is really nice quality and adjusts to fit my small head. It comes with a little bag that it can be folded into for travel, and instructions on the right way to fold. The scarf feels weighty and I love the colours and pattern. Thank you The Scarf Giraffe. I would recommend this company.

I ordered a packable Panama hat. Well, what a fantastic company Scarf Giraffe are! The hat itself is great and very high quality with a lovely little bag. In addition, it arrived promptly, thoughtfully and carefully boxed in tissue paper with folding instructions and a hand-written message. What more can you ask for? I'll definitely order from them again :) Thank you The Scarf Giraffe

Great products and arrived on time.
I love the personalised thank you note - amazing products, will be recommending to all my friends
