Gorgeous hat, and when I had a problem the customer service was excellent.

Well made and fast service. From order late Weds eve I received my scarves Fri am, well packaged and tracked mail order. Restores my faith that we can find good service and well made products online. Can recommend without hesitation.

Bought a hat earlier this year and so good can fold and put in the bag. Lovely hat. Just bought a large scarf and gloves. Extremely good quality. Beautiful material. Delivered quickly with a thank you. So good to deal with a family run business. Highly recommend this amazing company.

This is a fantastic company with great quality products. Absolutely delighted with my foldable hat! Also bought a beautiful crossover bag & anklet which are gorgeous. All beautifully packaged. Would highly recommend this company & I will definitely order from them again.

Wow, what a fabulous service. I ordered a hat at lunch time and it arrived the next morning. It was beautifully boxed with gorgeous tissue paper over it. Soooo impressed. Lovely little card in with it. 100% recommend The Scarf Giraffe.

I first heard about TheScarf Giraffe when watching Michelle Brown @m.xplores so thought I’d have a look and I’m glad I did, purchased a hat and a cover up, got a 10% discount as a first time buyer, communication was very good, lots of choice and great prices, quick delivery which was free and very happy with my purchases, a little hand written note thanking me for my custom which I thought was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend and will shop with them again.

I bought a couple of their scarves when on holiday in Dorset, love the magnetic clip, no tying. Just bought my friend one for birthday, also purchased a couple of knitted shrugs as well, their lovely quality, delivery was great, within a couple of dates! I got a discount code, which was great, but the delivery charge put the price up to what it originally was! But no problem, it was still a discount, which paid for the delivery 👍

Great range of exceptionally priced items. Easy to use website and quick delivery of beautifully packaged items. So very pleased

This company is first class. Products are excellent quality and customer service is second to none. Order today, receive your order tomorrow. I've had several items from The Scarfgiraffe and they have all been stylish and lovely quality. I did get a faulty hat once, and as soon as I let them know they replaced it straight away.

I purchased a hat as I have ruined so many sun hats packing them in my luggage and them getting misshapen. When the hat arrived, it was packaged carefully and the hat itself is gorgeous and great quality.

I have so far worn it three times on holiday and I am beyond happy with it. The hat is so convenient as it easily folds up and fits into the drawstring bag that it comes with. It perfectly pops back into shape once taken out - it’s really amazing!!

I would highly recommend The Scarf Giraffe 🤩👒

Have seen a lot of your hats worn by a lady creator on FB they always look so nice decided to order one . Such lovely styles which suit any face
Absolutely love my Panama belt style travel sun hat , Gorgeous two toned colour , I’ve fallen in love with a hat that I’m so happy with . And my hand written tag from Nicole - looking forward to my next purchase
Fast delivery within a couple of days of ordering beautifully gift boxed wrapped in tissue paper .. lovely touch

Brilliant website, clear and informative. Great ordering process. Amazing selection of Hats and Scarves. Such a quick delivery, ordered at 2.30pm, received the following morning. The hat is just as described, for the price amazing quality too. Wonderfully packaged and very personal additions to the parcel as well. All in all a great company. Will be back.

Just received my Panama hat. Beautifully made and so well packed. It exceeds expectations and it’s a perfect fit. Anyone adult looking for a small sun hat look no further. So pleased I discovered this wonderful company.

Beautiful hat, fabulous quality. Ordered yesterday and arrived today! Beautifully packed.

I wanted a foldable trilby.

I love their trilbies and the fact that they are genuinely foldable (with a nice bag to keep them in).

Unfortunately, I find their sizes a bit odd.

I had a trilby that I bought on holiday which fit perfectly. Inside it said 57cm, so I ordered the 57cm. It was huge!

The 55cm then became available, so I ordered one. It was still slightly too big. Unfortunately the adjustable drawstrings don't make the hat any smaller, they just enable making it tighter around the head. I have worn it a few times but it just doesn't sit comfortably and my husband said it just looks too big.

So, I thought I'd try a childen's which is 54cm. This was too small. Seems strange that there is such a difference in size between the 55cm and the 54cm.

I think that instead of making hats in several sizes, they are trying to make some of them fit different size heads with the drawstring, which doesn't work for me.

So unless they change their sizing, unfortunately, I won't be ordering another trilby from The Scarf Giraffe as I am out of options.

I have given four stars though because I can't fault the quality of the hat, its 'foldability' and nice little bag. It arrived quickly and nicely packaged and with a nice personal note inside.

Wow a hat that fits. The website advised you how to measure your head, how hat should sit. Excellent
Ordered on the 4th just arrived. Fits perfectly. Excellent quality. Well packaged with a lovely personalised note from Nicola thanking me for my purchase would recommend.

How wonderful to find a hat company with hats small enough for a petite woman. Swift and courteous service. Beautiful designs being both attractive and practical and very well made. I’ve ordered three hats, two wraps and a beach kaftan and I’m very pleased with everything.

It is rare to discover a company that rates highly across the board! Fantastic quality hat, fast delivery, beautifully packaged. Outstanding in all areas
