Invest to Diversify
I invested about 6 months ago to diversify: the process was very well managed and more importantly supported with clear, concise information. Just received a follow up call to check in on how things are going which I really appreciate.

Hi David,
Its good to hear that Kallum communicated the information you needed to make an informed decision. With the current economy, many investors are losing faith and making the move to gold, so more and more we are speaking to new investors. Thank you again for your kind words!

I appreciate the transfer was made late in the afternoon and so may have cleared at your end later than expected. I am glad to hear that this our staff were responsive and efficient.

Excellent experience - flexible and willing to go the extra mile
Excellent experience of using this company. My account manager, Jamie, gave me all the information I needed to make my decision and was happy to openly discuss the pros and cons of all the options I was considering. He never put pressure on me and was open and flexible about meeting my specific investment needs. He went the extra mile for me in my most recent transaction and managed an improvement I was very happy with. Overall the business process has been smooth and efficient and 100% met my needs.

Efficient service delivery
Efficient service delivery. No hassles and fuss. Staff were all clear on the process to follow in selling some gold I bought in May 2023.
Thank you to Alfie that was persistent in helping me and followed through the process with patience.
Alfie was also very supportive and reassuring when I was concerned about the quality of the service I got from the Post Office employee who helped me on the day I post my package.

Purchasing (of course) seems…
Purchasing (of course) seems effortlessly easy and simple. 4 years after purcashing a few gold sovereigns, i requested to sell. I had to call them twice to receive an email to sign my signature. The buy back price was ridiculous, the coins would sell for the exact same price as I purchased them for- despite the gold price increasing significantly since buying. Thank God it was only a tiny amount of money i put into buying these coins, I will be selling somewhere else for a better valuation.

Svar från The Pure Gold Company
Hi Jennifer,
We are obviously glad to hear you found purchasing through us to be effortlessly easy and simple – this is exactly what we strive for with our service.
However it is obvious from your review that our buyback process has left you feeling let down, and that is a real concern for us. Firstly, you shouldn’t have had to call our team twice - we will look into what happened there. And secondly, we know from benchmarking that our buyback prices are among the most competitive in the market and always based on the live gold spot price. We have rechecked the buy back price you were offered and can see it is significantly higher than the price you originally paid.
Clearly something is not right here and we have been trying to get in touch to try and resolve it as we don’t want to leave you feeling like this. Please do call us back if you read this in the meantime.
Best wishes,
The Pure Gold Company

Convenient to deal with
The service is to the high standard. I was payed a lot of attention and my broker Kallum was very helpful. I was granted an opportunity to visit their office so that I made sure that they were genuine company and I was done some favors. For example, Kallum sourced me exactly the coins which I wanted - fresh out of mind gold Britannia. Or, they made it possible for me to come and collect the product on my own, instead of having it delivered to my doorstep(which I would hate, delivery is annoying isn't it?), so that I could use my preferred time slot and day, and so that I could check thoroughly every coin before taking them out.
