The Pure Gold Company Omdömen

My interest in gold started with a different broker, which I found to my disappointment, were a bit too pushy for my liking.
I came across the The Pure Gold Company and made contact with Alfred Slade. Being a novice in the gold trade, Alfred gave me the guidance in making the right choice for my first purchase of gold sovereign coins, without pushing me into making a decision. When the time is right, I will use the TPGC again and recommend anybody looking to purchase gold or silver, to use this company.

So helpful and advised me throughout.
10/10

What a great company and what outstanding customer service I’ve received both with Nicholas Paul and Alex Kaye. They have been so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them
I would recommend them to anyone

Friendly knowledgeable advice making first bullion purchase smooth any straightforward.

Many thanks to Alfred

Great people to deal with professional ,
helpful and friendly.

Clear, professional and polite.

Friendly and efficient service which delivered according to expectations. Prompt responses to emails (important for me as my deafness prevents telephone use).

Was a little dubious initially having never invested in gold, however after my first dealings with them, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending TPGC as a first-class company, with superb service and excellent customer service. I recently needed to liquidate a small amount of my physical gold, and after requesting a valuation from a different broker (to remain nameless), and having been informed that I would need to courier the package at a cost of approximately £250, I checked TPGC for a buy-back valuation. To my surprise, I was quoted in excess of £4k above the other quote, with fully insured delivery and no courier.
I have been kept fully informed of each stage of the transaction (Tommy - thank you!), and will certainly use them again when circumstances permit.
Superb company, great team, well recommended - keep it up all....

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Tommy and Alex for the excellent service they provided to both buying and selling their information was invaluable for Terry and me.

From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to such a high standard.

It is rare to receive such outstanding customer service these days, and we wanted to make sure their hard work, dedication, and kindness were recognised.
Thank you once again, Tommy and Alex. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

With our sincere thanks,

I was so impressed with their staff. They explained fully about buying gold, no pressure, but lots of information. It was very easy to buy and even easier to sell. I would definitely recommend them. They talked me through every step of the way. Definitely a company to trust.

If you're thinking of investing in Gold or Silver, look no further. I've been dealing with Alfred....an extremely patient guy with zero pressure.....he didn't "sell" to me....he simply helped my "buy"......HUGE difference. highly professional and great communication.

Excellent service, answered all questions

Recently decided to reinvest into the market decided to go with these guys. Service was brilliant start to finish. Thanks again to Alfred and the team.

I bitterly regret having purchased some silver in December last year from the Pure Gold Company. However, at the time of purchasing silver coins I believed I was acquiring coins that would retain reasonable resale value. It has since become clear that the products I was sold are not commercially viable for resale at anything close to what I paid and they have made a massive margin out of failing to disclose this at any point and they tried to downplay the issue when I brought this up in emails to them. Had it been made clear to me at the inset I would not have gone ahead with the purchase. I was mislead and as a result I have suffered a substantial lose in the region of 40k of hard earned savings. Beware, you will lose money and they won't tell you about it given the way they have designed their process and what they recommend you buy. I've also been told by multiple bullion dealers that there is a huge profit margin in QUARTER SOVEREIGNS. This company certainly does not practice with honesty and integrity.

I found from a podcaster recommendation, I was a bit apprehensive at first. But I found the whole process reassuring and easy. From the first contact to actually using the service I am very happy. A very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff, happy to answer any questions and never felt pressured. Would happily use again and recommend.

The agent Nicholas Paul was extremely patient and helpful when explaining the background and the process

The service provided by your staff was clear precise and explained everything to me. The deal went through smoothly with the paperwork provided being clear and easy for me to follow.

Excellent explanation about buying gold, very clear process, a professional service of the highest order .
