thanks for your answer

Had some savings and looking for a long term investment, decided to invest in gold mainly due to their be no cgt. Kallum was extremely professional and made the choice easy. There was no sales pressure etc. he even obliged insending extra info to me when my bank was being extra cautious around releasing my money

Very pleased with their professional and polite service. I have found them helpful and have always taken the advice they have given me.

In July 2025, I wrote an enthusiastic review of the Pure Gold Company. I had no experience of buying Gold and needed someone to guide me through the process. Charlie Nevill was very patient and understanding. Most importantly, I didn’t feel any pressure to buy.
Later, I added two more purchases - and duly the price of Gold surged.
After six months, I wanted to see what my holding was worth. However, the company only offers buy-back prices on an individual basis. At the same time, I noticed several very negative reviews on Trustpilot – which had not been there the first time I looked. People were saying the selling process was not nearly as simple as the buying. Some were disappointed with the prices they were offered for their coins.
Since this was the sort of thing that would weigh on my mind, I decided to sell a small portion of my holding, just to assure myself that my money was safe.
I am pleased to say I was offered a good price – and I really did get it. The money was in my bank account within two days, and Tommy Lawson in the Operations department could not have been more helpful.
So, the five stars are still deserved.

Very efficient in every way from the chats to the delivery of my Gold coins thankyou ❤️

The fact that you get to have a conversation with a professional before commenting to any purchases is very significant. There was a lot of questions that Alex answered and help make the final decisions. The Pure Gold Company make the process very simple there are necessary steps that need to be made but I was very happy to have someone to provide advice. Friendly, helpful and professional.

Alex and all the staff have been a pleasure to deal with

Friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy.
A discussion around my needs established what coins to purchase.
The transaction was simple and informative. Everything happened at the promised times and I was kept in the loop at all times.
I will definitely use The Pure Gold Company again, many thanks to Jamie O and Will.

A company with a very personal touch. Would highly recommend them. They listen to what you are considering to purchase, will make suggestions to fine tune the purchase to what will actually work best for you.

Everything was explained in clear English, silly questions were not silly to them and were answered clearly. Time was allowed for me to digest information on line and documents that they provided. Step by step of transfer of funds was explained, and carried out in a timely manner.

My transaction was handled in a professional, timely and friendly manner.

Trustworthy company. My first time purchasing gold and was quite nervous due to my lack of knowledge on the subject. However, Kallum was very patient, providing me with knowledge which allowed me to choose the best option for me. His knowledge and patience over a couple of weeks, with absolutely no pressure whatsoever, made this transaction comfortable and trusting. I would highly recommend this company as a secure and trustworthy one to make an investment in gold.

Excellent advise for a first time buyer, no pressure to buy.

Good service from the gold company.
I give this rating because they don't take credit card and as first time consumer, you don't know who you're dealing with.
They only accept bank transfers leaving the customers without protection

My broker was very helpful and patient

Every thing was explained during the process and all the team very efficient

Easy to deal with and they do what they say they will.

Professional, reliable and good value! Highly recommended.

Great staff, helpful advice and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
