The Pure Gold Company Omdömen

Genuine advice given, with good flexibility and friendly service

Very friendly unhelpful staff who I’ve ever spoken to, a pleasure dealing with them

Buying from yourselves was a straightforward experience and I would
happily recommend

Easy to talk to and then carry out instructions

I’m new to investing in gold, but having seen the reviews for Pure Gold Company I decided to to buy from them. The contact with the company was very good and helpful and I ordered a certain amount of a particular coin and paid. Afterwards I compared the price I paid with other company’s and found that PG was more expensive than many if not all. I realise I maybe should have done more research beforehand but I didn’t. I emailed the company to query this, but had no reply so after a couple of days I rang and had a conversation with someone, Charles I think, he gave me an explanation that other company’s are out of stock of this particular coin so that could possibly be the cause of the difference in price. I’m not experienced enough to challenge that so left it at that. But I do feel a little aggrieved at this. Other than that, the contact with the company has been good.

I’ve now received a prompt reply from Pure Gold, and they will be contacting me shortly. As I said my dealings with the company has been very good, and fitting of their reputation.

My only adverse comment, the Gold 1/4 sovereigns aren't properly packaged - I'm seriously investigating alternative sources and would be prepared to pay the additional necessary, for them to be individually heat sealed. This could easily be done, with each one contained in a continuous strip - all that would be required would be to cut off with the correct number

faultless professionalism from start to finish once again
i invested in gold 3.5 years ago following superb advice from Ben
i have needed to release some funds twice recently and on both occasions the transactions were completed within a few days no hassle at all and thoroughly recommend the buyback guarantee.
A well done to Tommy in accounts on this particular occasion but everyone at pure gold is excellent its such a refreshing change to find and use a company like this in this day and age.

I really like this company. I like dealing with Molly Chappell. I trust her guidance. I felt taken care of from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent personal service

Excellent service. Answered all enquiries and reassured me with regards to the investment process,
Would definitely use Pure Gold for further investments.

I found their customer rep (Charles in my case) to be most helpful & patient with talking me through the process - answering all my queries & in fairness to him I actually learnt quite a bit! I'm really happy that I chose to work with Pure Gold Co. for this purchase - they are second to none!

Alex devoted so much time to me to help me understand the workings of gold and silver and he was vey transparent and never coerced me to buy.

I made an initial enquiry about investing in Gold & Silver. The agent I spoke to was very knowledgeable and after discussing my requirements led me to invest.
From the moment I invested to arranging payback I found the full team very professional, polite and efficient.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I wanted to invest in gold in 2020, but it wasn't until 2024 that I stumbled upon Josh Saul & The Pure Gold Company. Even better, I discovered Alex Kaye - quite an earth angel - who is not only brilliant and knowledgeable, but someone who invests time to learn your life situation and goals to make sure you have the knowledge to structure your investment the right way for you. I'm so excited to have found such a brilliant brokerage with such nice people. Thank you Alex - this has been a game changer.
