Om The Pure Gold Company
Skrivet av företaget
The Pure Gold Company exists to make investing in physical bullion as simple as possible.
Our team of brokers are here to help you to buy the right bullion at the right time for the right price. We offer free consultations so you can speak directly to professional brokers who will answer all of your gold and silver investment questions. Helping you to make the right choices so you don’t pay over the odds or miss an opportunity to purchase entirely tax-free.
We are LBMA members and only deal with LBMA member bullion suppliers and vaults, giving you that extra layer of confidence in where you bullion originates from, and how safely it is stored (if you choose secure storage instead of insured home delivery).
Importantly, we offer all of our clients a buy back guarantee. We know the providence of all the bullion we sell and hence are more than happy to buy it back when the time comes.
We are always competitively priced and our brokers love to speak about all things gold and silver, so why not give us a call if you are considering investing in physical bullion. And see for yourself why we are trusted by so many investors.

Exceptional Experience
My first experience with the company but Lucy (my Broker) 'held my hand'throughout and patiently & expertly explained the procedure without applying any pressure to buy. I was then confident to proceed and was kept informed throughout the process up to delivery & beyond.
An excellent, friendly & knowledgeable team whom I'm happy to recommend .......

I didn’t like the time it took to receive my order, but that could have been partly my fault, due to my sending wrong type of proofs.Communication between ourselves was good, but experience was marred by the long waiting time.

Dear Robert,
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the waiting time affected your experience, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process. Due to heightened demand driven by the current geopolitical environment, we have experienced an increase in orders, which led to a slight delay with your delivery.

Left glowing report on purchasing on…
Left glowing report on purchasing on here. But needed some important figures today with this being on time I had this week. Waited by the phone 3 hours, which was the service offered earlier this year. I asked for a manger to be contacted and still no phone call. Very sad customer service had dropped. Did speak to a lovely lady that answered the phone but clearly was unable to get anyone to respond to her communication requests. Looking now to withdraw / changing my initial feedback on here.
Update finally got sorted later that day but shouldnt need that much effort for enquiries, lessons should be learnt

Hello,
We are so sorry for the delay in getting back to you yesterday. The surge in gold prices exceeding £2,000 per ounce led to a high volume of calls.
We appreciate your patience and feedback, and we're working to accelerate improvements to our call-handling system to better manage situations like this in the future.
Thank you again for your input—it helps us enhance our service.
