I always use Parking Spot 2. My reasons: easy access to/from the highway, less crowded than other parking lots and a favorable rate, and timely access to any terminal/airline carrier.

Quick pick up to the airport and on return as well. Drivers are friendly and helpful.

Convenient parking and affordable

The reservation process was quick and easy. Clean and spacious parking lot. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m. the only pick up is in terminal 4.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick pick up and delivery to and from the airport. Clean and comfortable vehicles. My vehicle was safe upon my return. Despite my delayed flight they were flexible and were there to pick us up.

The parking itself was fine. Easy drop off and pick up, with timely transportation.

Where they lost me was the extra services I paid for. I paid for a full detail through The Parking Spot and was very disappointed with the results. The interior still has visible streaks from the cleaning fluid all over the surfaces, and the dashboard was left dirty — it clearly wasn’t wiped down properly. On the outside, the car is covered in spots, and every window has spotting as well, so it looks like it wasn’t rinsed or dried correctly.

For what this service costs, I expected a genuinely clean vehicle inside and out. Unfortunately this fell far short, and I would not recommend getting a detail done here.

Have used them numerous times throughout the years. Always had a good experience and felt the service is a great value and convenient. In fact, I am using them again tomorrow!

Fast pickup at my car. A shuttle was at the airport immediately. Very easy service to use!

It’s super easy. They direct you and then come directly to pick you up, it’s great.

Then at the airport there’s always a shuttle at hand.

Faster than airport, about the same price, but much better service in my opinion. I liked it.
