I use this app for when I go places where it's hard to find parking or to expensive like Philadelphia. I love the app because my car is always safe and I don't have to worry. And the prices are really good as well.

I am new to using the app and I didn’t scan my QR code properly while using the app this evening parking in the city. I called customer service and they were so gracious in helping me and explaining to me and couldn’t take away the charge but they applied it to my visit tomorrow for the garage. Excellent customer service thank you so much.

I should have gone by the photo you provided of the entrance. Google Maps went by the address which was actually not the entrance. SpotHero +1, Google 0.

Great spit, great instructions and great price

I was not able to use the spothero reservations because on a mix up on entering the gated garage which was advertised as valet parking. I had to find alternate parking at a higher price. After submitting my receipt for the alternate parking SpotHero reimbursed me the full amount for the higher priced parking. Excellent customer service.

Had to wait in line to get into the garage. Took about 1/2,hour. Was late for the show. You need more help.

I received a notification that the spot I had originally chosen and paid for was no longer available so I booked a spot at a different location. I didn’t realize that in order to cancel you needed to access the scan so I called SpotHero and the customer service representative told me that I needed to access the page with the scan and there was a cancellation button. From that point it was easy. Perhaps you should consider adding the cancellation button to the confirmation page?

I booked my parking online, which was very convenient and efficient. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find my reservation when I arrived, so I had to pay again on the spot.

As soon as I got home, I contacted their customer service. They responded promptly and worked with me through several emails. After I provided my original booking record, the second payment receipt, and the timeline, they processed a refund smoothly.

Their team was patient, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. It made me feel very reassured and well taken care of.

This is a trustworthy and reliable company—I would definitely recommend using their service with confidence.

I was in Nashville for my Marine Corps Reunion. I pre-booked a parking spot at one location for the weekend, but due to medical reasons, had to relocate to another parking location during the trip. I contacted SpotHero, and they were extremely helpful in resolving my situation.

Web site is easy to use. With reservations, parking is also more economical with easy flexibility if necessary to change. The customer service is also excellent when a question arises. You actually speak with a knowledgeable person.

I was going to take the L and just pay for both SpotHero and the on site garage parking when there were issues with getting into the garage I reserved. I'm so glad I ended up reaching out to SpotHero support, they were able to help me out quickly and simply. I definitely will not hesistate to make parking reservations through SpotHero again. Great prices and amazing customer service!

It was easy to locate

Whenever I have used the Spot Hero app, it is always easy to use, and I find gret deals in the areas I want to be. It makes my travels sdo much easier.

Our car got broken into in the garage we were staying in.

SpotHero worked perfectly for me. It was easy to choose the garage most convenient to my appointment, easy to make the reservation and do the transaction, and my experiences of dropping off the car at the garage using the QR code, and later, retrieving it with the paper ticket, was all friction free and fast. It couldn't have gone better.

pictures were very confusing on where to go. had to haev an attendent park the car for us as the garage did not work.

Trash! They sent me an email that said, "Thank you for checking into your reservation. If you need to change a reservation, click here." We got in early so I updated my reservation by one day and they charged me an extra $100. SPOTHERO, you have lost me forever!

Parking garage was easy in and out.
Clean and safe.
Super close to where I needed to be, and was super inexpensive!
It was $16 and usually downtown garages are like $40-$50!
