Great service and very easy to park at the airport.

Friendly and calm staff as travel can be stressful. They don't complicated that nor do they add to it. I also like that there is a van almost always on the way. :) Not sure the app is up to par but it can be helpful. Thanks for the ride!

Quick, easy, and affordable

It was so easy to find and the bus to the airport was there so quickly, both coming and going. We did not wait more than 10 minutes at the airport once we made it to the easily located spot. I also want to mention the driver's are very friendly and professional. I had accidentally left my phone on my car and luckily realized it before leaving the parking area. Our driver took me back directly to my car before we left so that I did not have to make a round trip. He was so nice about it too! Our driver who picked us up from the airport, knew we were super tired, he grabbed our bags and helped us with a smile. The price is amazing as well! I parked in uncovered, but it was obviously a safe, well maintained and secure lot. There are cameras and staff around all the time and the lot is secure and only accessable through a gate. I saved over $100 for my trip by using this service and when I travel from now on, I will look for the spotted yellow sign!

Getting picked up and dropped off timely are my biggest concerns but everything went well. I didn't have to wait at all for a shuttle to take me to the airport. They are readily available. My return flight was delayed until late evening so I was worried about having to wait around but a shuttle was there for me. Getting to and from my car was not stressful at all.

We love the Parking Spot for many reasons. The upfront discounts we receive, the courtesy of the drivers, the efficiency of the drivers and the volume of available buses so we don't have to wait longer than 10 minutes at the airport to be taken back to the garage.I have been telling all of my friends about the Parking Spot - we would highly recommend to all!

I’ve always known Parking Spot to have good quality parking structures and frequent shuttles, but this morning I experienced what truly sets it apart from all the other parking options by LAX: excellent customer service! I had an early morning flight and discovered on my car app that my rear door was slightly ajar, so my car couldn’t completely lock and turn off. It was too late for me to come pack to the garage as I had to catch my flight, so I called Parking Spot to do me a solid and check on my car. They have no obligation to check on cars not in valet, but the receptionist was so kind to help me out and Mark, the supervisor, went up to my car and helped me make sure the door closed all the way and my car turned off. Otherwise, I would have been so stressed while I was gone, and would have come back to an electric car with no battery. Parking Spot has earned my lifetime loyalty for going above and beyond!

I appreciate the safety afforded by being able to leave the car in a protected and monitored space. I always opt for the fully protected inside parking. Drop-off and pick-up from the airport are a quick ten-minute drive. The drivers are always courteous.

Quick and easy! We checked in with the QR code, the attendant at the gate told us which direction to go, we parked and were picked up within 5 minutes. The ride to the airport was quick and smooth, we were dropped off exactly as promised and didn’t worry about our car the entire time we were gone. I did have to extend our reservation due to a cancelled flight but that was super simple in the app. When we got back to Columbus the line for the shuttle was pretty long so we didn’t make the one that was just pulling up but another one showed up less than 10 minutes later. We were dropped off right in front of our car which was exactly as we left it and leaving the lot was a quick scan of the QR code. 10/10, will definitely recommend and use again.

It is very easy to park and the van picked us up within minutes. I liked the frequency the van pull up to get passengers at the airport back to the parking lot. This lot is convenient, close to the airport and drivers are very helpful and friendly.
