I purchased a puzzle from theory 11 and finally got to putting it together. Lo and behold, it turns out there was a piece missing. I figured it was a long shot but I emailed the company to see if it could be replaced by any chance and while they confirmed they could not replace the individual piece, they offered to replace the entire puzzle free of charge.

I will admit that I saw the puzzle locally after I purchased it from theory 11 and was a little disappointed because I didn't realize I could have had it sooner. However in retrospect, I am beyond grateful that I purchased it from the company directly. Their customer service has been incredibly fast, polite, and they have gone above and beyond. I look forward to being able to purchase more products from them in the future!

I recently purchased the Hogwards puzzle by Theory11 - absolutely loved it. Definitely would like to puzzle it again.

I had an unexpected issue though, but the support team solved it wonderfully. Will definitely shop here again for presents and further puzzles.

I love getting emails from them and I love to see the cool decks that they make! I really, really, really, hope that they make a Weird Al deck because his tour just ended!

I’ve been buying from t11 for years now. They have some really good magic content and make a ton of really cool cards. I have only had 1 package ever come with issues and they promptly helped sort out the issues. Overall would highly recommend purchasing from the company if you are a magic fan or a card enthusiast.

I placed an order for two sets of cards that were somehow lost in postal transit. The Theory 11 customer service not only addressed this matter swiftly and with the highest level of professionalism, they also ensured a new order was fulfilled immediately. This company has not only offered the best playing cards, but also an A+ Customer Service!

It's actually a 0 star review. I have had so many issues at all stages of my order it is frankly embarrassing.

- Ordered 9/6/25
- Delayed immediately, which I was not notified of - the opposite, I was told it was successful dispatched
- After sending email I was told of issues and promised an update, never came despite asking.
- Eventually my tracking updated and it was on the way.
- UK courier Evri has completely messed up delivery and changed story, from it was delivered to it was lost to the delivery was refused????
- Through all of this Theory 11 has not contacted me or responded to emails. Today is 25/08/25, nearly seven weeks from order.

Theory 11, if you are reading this RESPOND TO MY EMAILS.

Potential customers, beware of appalling customer service.

Even though UPS said my order was delivered I did not get it. I contacted UPS and they never responded to my claim. I contacted theory 11 and they immediately sent out my order again. It also arrived very quickly. I will definitely order from them again. The products were perfect gifts for my star wars and lotr fan friends.

I either lost or a piece or it wasn’t sent out originally. Either way, Mandy with Theory11 was very quick to reply and very helpful throughout the email process of getting my puzzle piece replaced.
