I was able to design a bracelet for my granddaughter with her three daughters names on it. It is absolutely beautiful. Exactly as I had ordered and as lovely as could be. I ordered name earrings with my name for one earlobe and my husbands name for my other earlobe and it was beautiful. They were larger than I expected which was great! My husband really liked the idea of having different names on each ear. The company kept me updated through emails on the status of delivery. I purchased a personalized ring for my mother in law to honor her on Mother’s Day and the ring is beautifully solid. The engraving ink is lighter than I expected but still a beautiful piece. I think she’ll really like it!

Wish I’d never used this company. I ordered a bracelet, then cancelled it as I found another bracelet I’d have preferred. I cancelled within the 2 hour time frame the website states you can and would get a full refund. I received no reply and the money was taken. I emailed for a refund and told i couldn’t as it had gone to production and would have to wait for the order to be delivered then exchange it for another item. Delivery date passed and I hadn’t received it. Emailed them and I was told they cancelled it and issue store credit. Again asked for a refund and told no. I’ve been sent a code to use the credit and the code doesn’t work. Emailed them again, followed there instructions and code still doesn’t work and they still won’t refund me. Absolutely terrible. Real shame as I’ve got another bracelet from them before and it was lovely. But seems like a complete scam now.

I was emailing the support team but they have now stopped replying when I have asked for a refund and said the code isn’t working.

I appreciate finally getting a refund but it’s false to say you hadn’t received a response when you replied to my cancellation. I was told the item went to production and it couldn’t be cancelled. I only then found out it has been cancelled when the delivery date passed and the items hadn’t arrived. At no point did the customer service say they cancelled it because I hadn’t replied to an email. The email I didn’t reply to didn’t require a response. It said to get back in touch once I had received my item to say if I wanted store credit or exchange it.
The refund should have been issued at the beginning because I cancelled within the time frame, and shouldn’t have had to take so many emails and ultimately a negative review to actually get a refund in the first place.
