Pendant catches and chain too short for a man
The chain was so short for a "men's" chain; the loops holding the pendant keep catching so the pendant doesn't sit flush. I reached out to customer service and still haven't heard anything. Very disappointing as this was an anniversary gift and I even paid quite a bit to expedite shipping just to be disappointed.

What I selected for the map was changed and I was not notified of the change. The appearance of it drastically changed and for the cost, simple communication with the purchaser would have been nice.

Poor product
Poor product, very cheap and the black is rubbing off, this is the second time we have ordered as we like the look of the bracelet. the first one fell apart we ordered a second one and this is even worse. We have learnt our lesson

I have ordered and received 2 similar personalized bracelets in the past and they were both perfect sized. I have very small wrist so I order the smaller of the 2 sizes. This one came fitting tight, even with my small wrist.

Bad timelines and bad product outcomes
While I am excited by the product, the timelines published for order to receipt are inaccurate. When I asked about timing with customer service, they offered I had not paid for rush delivery. I didn’t need rush delivery, I needed it within the timeline stated. If you say something should arrive between 8-12 days stick to it. I missed giving this gift to my wife who is deploying. I mentioned this when purchasing and with customer service. Terrible service and terrible results. Additionally, the picture is washed out and barely visible. I would not recommend this product to anyone. In fact I would highly discourage the product.
