I purchased the bar necklace for my wife with our girls names on it and a diamond that she absolutely cherishes. Quality is great but after a few years the chain snapped. O&A’s customer service was fantastic and they honored the 5-year warranty as promised. Great experience overall!

Bracelet is beautiful and exactly as described, though I wanted it to be packaged a bit better. There was no foam or padding in the box, and it had come free from the elastic straps meant to secure it, so when you picked up the package you could hear it sliding and rattling around. The courier service contracted to deliver it took it to the wrong building, though thankfully I was able to retrieve it. And it did come about a week earlier than expected! Overall, love the product itself, but the things surrounding it needs some tweaking.
