They gave a real hard sell that my wife's gift would arrive on time for Mothers Day, they guaranteed it would, it did not. They put profit ahead of customer satisfaction. My experience was disappointing. The product/service did not fully meet expectations, and communication could have been better. I hope they improve these areas for future customers. I will never use them again you shouldn't either.

My grandchildren's names were spelled correct and the fine cut out of the names is perfect 👌Shipping was included, quick and packaging was good.
