The Natural Pet Store Omdömen 

I placed an order and received a bag of food with a tear so I’ve contacted this company because I’m dubious about the freshness of the product. I’ve tried to ask for a discount or a swap but no one reaponds.

3 messages and still no word! Like the previous poster, I was told DPD were delivering and they never turned up. I have CCTV and at no point have they delivered. The Natural Pet Store still haven't bothered replying to my query as to WHERE IS MY ORDER so presumption is they are a fraud company. I'll be telling my bank too!!

I have ordered some food which still hasn’t arrived, avoid this company they don’t respond to emails and still not sent my order, contacted DPD who have said they have still not received my parcel.

Spend a little more to make sure you actually receive your order.

My order shipment was notified to me in December 2023. I then received notification that the delivery company would deliver the next day, they didn't, in fact I never heard from the delivery company. So I emailed Natural Pet store as the order was over a week late, and heard nothing. Two days later I emailed Natural Pet again, saying I'd heard nothing. The next day I received notification that me order was to be delivered, the delivery company had mislaid it (assumption as the parcel had the original shipment date on it). The order finally arrived, but at no time did I hear from the Natural Pet store as to what was happening, which I felt was really poor as I had paid, but struggled to obtain help in the "lost" order.

Always 5 star service, goods arrive quickly qnd as described. Me qnd my dogs are happy customers

Website is fast and easy to use to place my order and it arrived super fast definitely a recommended supplier!

Avoid this company like the absolute plague! I bought a bag of dog food from them and it arrived with 12 holes, 4 lots of 3 holes in a triangle shape. I contacted customer service straight away by email, I hadn’t heard anything in 6 hours so I emailed again, nothing for a further 2h so I rang them, no answer and the line cut off. I emailed again and finally got a response at 9.48pm. They blamed me for damaging the bag as apparently they check the bags before they leave. There was no damage to the box so it was like it before it was packed. If someone had checked the bag it was clear to see the holes! I was advised the food would be fine to feed my dog as people apparently buy opened dog food all the time!!! What a load of rubbish! I am not happy to feed this to my dog as i have no idea how long this has been open, it has potentially been contaminated and will be stale. Their website says they have amazing customer service, what a total lie! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

After an initial problem with delivery which was down to DPD giving the wrong information I messaged the company who called me direct to inform me of the exact position with my order.

I would not recommend using I have tried contacting them about an order that was ment to be delivered and got no reply and I still haven't received my order. I would highly recommend paying a little more so you receive your order elsewhere.

I set up a repeat order for dog food earlier this year. They have only managed to deliver one of the three scheduled orders since. I understand that sometimes stock can be unavailable but they don't provide any communication at all. My latest order was paid for by direct debit on 9th November and I have heard nothing from them to explain why my order is late or whether it will be delivered at all. I will now have to chase them up again and will probably have to wait for a refund to buy my order elsewhere.

I ordered some moon bones from this company along with a number of other things. While the other things were fine, the moon bones were nothing short of a health hazard. They had a layer of thick fat as well as chunks of fat on them. I was able to remove some of it but after stabbing myself with a knife while tackling the tricky bits, I gave up and put them in the bin.

Edited to say: TNPS did refund me in fairness to them. The reply below says moon bones are quite fatty but this is not a description I have ever ready about moon bones; they are almost always described as low fat treats. I think this company should make it clear that their moon bones are different or, even better, stop selling goods that will likely give dogs diarrhea and could contribute to long term health problems such as pancreatitis.
