An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Enquiries were made via the website, plus requirements. Julie soon replied with other options that I’d not considered. A final design was agreed on. I was kept updated on the progress & pictures were sent out prior to delivery. Superb craftsmanship, beautiful attention to detail. A lovely piece. Various other designs & configurations on the website to choose from. A small business that turns goes the extra mile.

Absolutely love this box, it’s a Xmas/Retirement present for my husband, who will be thrilled with it! Communication was fantastic and box arrived safe and sound and quickly once all completed. Defiantly recommend for a personalised military career keepsake.

From the moment I contacted them to getting my product was probably less than 72 hours. The service was impeccable, the quality amazing, brilliant communication throughout would highly recommend this to anybody who needs to keep their medals and essentials in a safe and beautiful display case.

Put order through and Julie was in touch within 48 hours with design. After confirming I was happy she got to work promptly and was sent out for delivery. Even giving me a sneak peek! I cannot recommended this business enough and will definitely be using medal box again. Great turn around for a personalised item.
