Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We’re really glad your order arrived so quickly, and it’s lovely to hear the handwritten postcard made you smile. It’s a small thing, but we like every parcel leaving the boatyard to feel like it’s come from real people here in Salcombe.
Enjoy your new sling, and we hope to see you again soon.
The service and assistance provided is always first class
The service and assistance provided is always first class, we always prefer to deal with you rather than Yeti even though the price is the same rather than going direct.
Thanks for all the advice

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm really sorry for the frustration this has caused. Receiving someone else's parcel instead of your own order is disappointing and we completely understand why you're unhappy.
To clarify, we packed and dispatched the correct item to you. The mix-up happened during delivery. Royal Mail's tracking photo shows a different parcel being delivered to your address. As you are aware we've raised this with Royal Mail and they're investigating where your parcel went but this unfortunately takes up to 3 working days.
So you're not left waiting, we've offered to send you a replacement at our cost while their search continues. We've emailed you the details and will get it on its way as soon as we hear back.
Thank you for your patience, and apologies again.
Great service!

Yeti rambler is the best water bottle…
Yeti rambler is the best water bottle out there I believe! I've had many from other brands and for longevity and quality the rambler is king.
The problem with owning them is one leads to another and so on?
The latest two are 18oz in charcoal grey and I lso went for the new pace purple
Ltd !
I always buy from Stone boatyard as they carry large stocks and they are always in mint new condition, not always the case from some other sites?
Another reason I deal Stones is they use Royal mail for swift delivery.
I totally recommended this seller and I'm sure I will be coming back when another colour appeals to me!

Thank you so much for such a lovely review! We completely agree, the Rambler really does hold up to years of use, and yes, one does have a habit of turning into a collection. Charcoal is a great everyday choice, and the Pace Purple is a nice one to have, as those colours don't stick around for long.
We're really glad your orders have arrived in perfect condition. We take care to keep plenty of stock and pack everything carefully, so it's great to hear that comes across. Thanks too for the kind words about delivery.
We'll look forward to helping you with the next colour that catches your eye!
