Shipping to Northern Ireland can be a bit awkward, so we're really glad we found an option that worked better for you. Glad the handwritten notes and stickers made it over safely too. Thanks for choosing us for your YETI kit, and we look forward to packing up your next order!

Svar från Stones Boatyard Ltd
Thank you for letting us know, and we're sorry your order hasn't arrived yet.
Everything was dispatched successfully on our end with no issues flagged, so we had no way of knowing there was a delay until we received this review so we really appreciate you flagging it.
Its a shame you felt to give us a one-star rating since the parcel left us correctly and the delay sits with the courier rather than us. Now that we're aware, we'll get to the bottom of it and make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. We will contact you directly.
We'll chase this up with the courier straight away to find out what's happened, and will be in touch with you directly once we have an update.
Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish! I was given a really thoughtful recommendation to help me choose the most suitable YETI product, and it turned out to be spot on. Delivery was super quick, and the personalised thank you note was such a lovely touch. Best of all, the YETI bottle with straw is brilliant; my daughter absolutely loves it! Great products, great service.
