The service was prompt and professional. I was asked to review my order before it was dispatched and a change was made on my request. The box was for a friend and colleague who is a RN veteran and serving Police Officer and the box was for his well earned medals. He became emotional when the box was presented to him. Great service from beginning to end. Website made it easy to find what I needed and place an order. It was acknowledged straight away. I received a template of the engraving to confirm it was correct and received the final product a few days later, securely packaged and recorded delivery. Julie was really responsive and maintained good communication throughout (also very patient when we were umm-ing and aah-ing over the design!). Very quick service, slick delivery, and the Mess Box itself with engraving was absolutely lovely - really smart-looking.
