Great service phoned when on way by both office and management. Collected car carefully.

I cannot thank the recovery driver enough who came out to me on 20.8.26 at Wolstanton Retail Park SOT late evening, when my car electric key fob failed rendering me unable to start or drive my vehicle. I wasnt at my best at all as have family illness stresses and I was sharp and tearful on his arrival. What a compassionate and understanding person, he was both very kind and very thorough at assessing my vehicle issue. Mostly he understood I was upset with a poorly relative and the car not working was the straw that broke the camel's back. He got my car engine going and followed me in his recovery vehicle while I drove my car home to ensure it didnt go again on the way back. Thankyou so much, there are hardworking and genuinley caring recovery people out there. Thankyou also to the lady on the phone who expedited the urgency of getting a recovery vehicle soon because of my circumstances. I really appreciate it and sorry I wasnt at my best.

The experience was great no hassle we were kept informed throughout everyone was very polite and professional.

In our journey of campervan being rescued, they continually told us timescales when they would collect us and then kept extending the deadlines. So many promises unkept, eventually only taking us 36 miles in 19 hours - that's less than 2 miles per hour - and leaving us stranded overnight in a service station.

Very efficient, very polite and helpful. Put me at ease with regard the situation seeing as this was the first day of my holiday

I had to wait until 01.30am for a recovery lorry to pick up my car,I phoned more than once to find out time of pick up.. the estimated time was going up & up.. when I 1st had the call it was said within 2 hours so was expecting around 10pm?
As a NHS worker I wasn’t impressed on the time I finally went to bed,as had to be up at 06am

Picked both us and car up after our car was hit. Took us back to Ayr, dropped us off where we wanted and took car off to be dealt with. Chap who picked us up was very efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. Top marks

After my car was damaged,, Mansfield arrived within 20 mins of the estimated 1 to 1.5 hours. Driver was very efficient and my car was soon on its way.

The driver kept me updated on his journey to reach me, he was reassuring and positive and had a happy attitude. He quickly loaded the vehicle onto his lo-loader ensuring I was safe. Chatty on the way home so made a horrible breakdown as good as it could be. Thank you
