I was so delighted with the excellent ,friendly, helpful and knowledgable service that I am moved to write a review.I took in a 12 year old iMac which was unbelievably slow for a diagnosis, they told me it would need a lt of money to repair it and offered me a refurbished newer and larger iMac for less money. I am
very pleased with my new machine.

I would rate Infirnet loop to do my mac repairs as fast reliable service very helpful to my needs etc I had taken a older mac to be upgraded but was told as much as it would cost it was better to buy a reconditioned one which was a great price and worked out much better for me thank you guys 👍👍

Infinite Loop identified my Mac fault quite quickly and informed me with estimated repair costs within 48 hours. Their charges were fair and would certainly use their services again if needs be. Their free collection and delivery service is useful to know as I live 25 miles from their base. Would I recommend Infinite Loop for Mac repairs ? In my case most definitely.

Some things have gone well, some less so. But you have to write a review to get the full 12 months of warranty!

Infinite Loop took care of a MacBook Pro that was playing up and a MacTower that had given up the ghost. They managed to retrieve all data off the now defunct Tower and sorted out my MacBook. Infinite Loop is a professional outfit that even deals with Laptops affected by water damage. I then gave them a call, and they provided a quotation. I sent the Laptop in, and it was ready just over a week later without any data loss: amazing turnaround and a reasonable price. Definitely recommend using this outfit again.

I have a late 2012 27 inch IMAC which has been a trusty machine since purchase. I very rarely switch it off however it stopped working about 6 weeks ago. Initially, I thought that it wouldn't be worth or feasible to repair and as I have some back up started to look around at new machines. Looking at the new prices I thought that might be worth looking at repair. I came across Infinite Loop and, from the initial contact, have been very impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and skills. This gave me the confidence to progress. Right from their supply of a tailor made box for the machine through the fitting of a new power supply and screen the experience has been very efficient and friendly. On receiving the machine back it has run successfully with no issues whatsoever. I believe the charges were very reasonable for the work performed. I have no reservations in fully recommending Infinite Loop.

Needed to send off my daughter's device, Infinite Loop were prepared to collect it for free, diagnose and quote for the repair. I felt the only thing they could have improved initially was their communication. Confirming receipt of the item and progress through the stages would have saved me a couple of calls. Ultimately, I felt their quote was fair and they appear to have fixed the problem and I'm satisfied that it has proved cheaper than needing to replace the device. Return postage was also free and so I would definitely consider using them again.

My iPod gave up the ghost with all of my music on it. I researched the market to find the most reputable repairer and after reading the reviews about Infinite Loop it had to be them. I took it there and they fixed it for me and what is more it didn’t cost the earth and I was able to park right outside their door. I can now listen to Doris Day’s greatest hits again !! The drive on my 27 inch 2017 iMac gave out and Apple’s response was to name it “vintage” and point me to their catalogue of new machines. I left the Apple Store quite devastated that day.
I found Infinite Loop online and spotted my issue in their list of reviews. After a quick phone call I was in far better mood, repair was suddenly an option.
I’m based in London so they sent me the shipping box and UPS label which made the whole postage thing (there and back) a doddle. I was disappointed that they couldn’t retrieve my data but relieved to receive my iMac back, about a fortnight later, with a new SSD and updated OS. It’s been up and running a few weeks now with no issues. Apart from a slight scratch on the lower left of the screen, which I’ll put down to ‘shipping costs’, everything is as good as new and at a very affordable price. Always friendly and easily contactable, I can’t recommend Infinite Loop highly enough. Thanks guys.
