I had a fantastic experience with InfiniteLoop. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They diagnosed and fixed my MacBook quickly, keeping me informed throughout the process and making everything completely stress-free.

What really stood out was their excellent customer service and attention to detail. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before returning my laptop. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and their customers.

My vintage Macbook Pro was on its last legs. It's hardly been switched off for 10+ years, and is my DAW workhorse. The fan was On more than Off (huge problem in a studio), the trackpad was like wading through treacle, the bottom of the case was bulging, all due to battery swelling, and it must have been full of dust too. Infinite Loop returned it o me in a (very) few days, looking and running like new,, for a fraction of the cost of the upgrade I thought I was facing. Flawless. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time I’ve engaged Infinite Loop and the 2nd time i’ve been so blown away by their services. They recovered the contents of my iphone which died suddenly and gave me terrible anxiety and this time they repaired my Mac Air laptop which I’d almost written off. They know their stuff, turnaround is fast, they communicate regularly with you to provide updates and are total professionals. Don’t go anywhere else- these guys are the business!

Infinite Loop was recommend to me by a long time friend and advisor. I was so delighted to learn that there is now someone in Birmingham who fixes old Macs.
They are easy to find: parking is good and not too expensive.
Reception is friendly and prompt, and all my questions were answered straight away.
My 2008 MacBook Pro was seriously crocked, so I expected to have to wait a long time for it to be fixed, and that it would be very expensive. I am delighted to be able to say that I was wrong on both counts!
I now have it back, and it is working perfectly.

I paid for a repair to my partners old iPod classic. Infinite loop replaced the battery and software and it is now working perfectly.
