I brought my computer for Carl to look at a sit had completely frozen, within five minutes he had not only fixed the problem but helped me download whatsapp and give me a couple of extra advice on how to utilize my desktop. Excellent service and very professional ,I would highly recommend Chandler Computers.

Just a BIG thank you to Carl (you are my GENIE in the lamp)....you are there every time i'm in trouble and needless to say solve my problem with speed and ease.

I decided that after 8 years it was time to upgrade my laptop. Chandlers listened to what my computing needs were and then were able to give me a demo of their suggested solution.
I was impressed, not only by how much the technology had improved, but also by how similar to my old laptop it was to operate.
I bought it, together with the security package they recommended (which was cheaper than my current one), and Microsoft Office 360. They transferred all the files off my old laptop and configured it exactly the way I wanted it.
Finally, I was pleased to hear about the support they can provide, going forward.

Computer wouldn't start; completely dead. Chandler Computers treated me as a walk in client, clearly explained costs, process and timing. I was on a project deadline so timing was particularly important. The issue (faulty power supply) was identified and remedied on the same day. Great level of attention to detail, clear explanations and very little technical jargon! All done with a friendly and helpful manner. Thank you.

Excellent experience. Helped me out with my issues and came up with a solution which was much appreciated. Also the fact that they followed it up with a courtesy call to make sure everything was good. They went the extra mile!!!
