Very efficient dealing with the company, data was made available very quickly. Not being totally competant with methods etc on the computer it was a struggle sorting it all out .It was expensive but worth it

I was concerned at first having only found Fields Recovery Service through an online search but the service and follow up support was excellent.
It’s expensive to recover the data, in my case family photos and lots of my late wife, but in my opinion worth it to have those memories back.
Fields make it easy to send your computer by providing packaging and organising a courier to pick it up.
I highly recommend Fields to anyone considering getting their photos and personal documents off a broken laptop.

FDR basically saved my career. My external hard drive died containing 7 years worth of work and I had no other back up device to my name. They were reassuring and understanding, never condescending, incredibly professional and confident in their specialists abilities to retrieve my files. Apparently i broke a record and had over 3 million but they deserve the gold medal. I cannot thank them enough and they even provided guidance on what equipment i should purchase going forward so this wouldn't happen again. They are amazing. Thank you Fields Data Recovery.

All the data was recovered successfully.
The price was more expensive than I would have liked however, I did like that they didn’t request any payments until they knew they could save all the data.
The data was returned on a “budget friendly” external hard drive which is very slow and has caused file explorer to crash on every use. I would have liked the option to pay extra for a more premium hard drive that didn’t cause these issues. I know have to buy a better quality hard drive and try to transfer the data without it crashing again.

I was very impressed with the recovery of all the files on my failed external hard drive. It had 25 years worth of photos of my 3 children. I had tried 2 local firms who never even called me back. I liked the fact that there was no payment required until Ian was able to tell me exactly which files they were able to recover. My drive was collected at a convenient time and a few days later I was sent by email a list of all the files. It was a very smooth process and Ian krot me unturned throughout even though I kept missing his calls as for some reason the number came up as suspected spam on my phone. Great service and can definitely recommend

Easy to speak to and was informed several times of the process in recovering my data and was left to make my own decision on proceeding without any pressure being applied.

i had doubts about the recovery of any data that it would be a waste of time. but once spoken to them and it did not cost me anything to check of what they can retrieve then i had nothing to loose.
after inspection they said at least 95% of data can be retrieved i compared how much it would of cost to retake photos compared to data recovery, it worked out cheaper and a lot quicker brilliant service

They recovered all my data, were so quick about it, and sent it back within a week. No one even had to know about it ;)

They are an absolute scam, trust pilot seems to be saying all is good but when u look at any other sources you can clearly see that this operation is an absolute scam (Reddit etc.)

Sent my computer off, but Fields would need to send to a specialist for a fee, with no guarantee of recovery. Absolutely fair. What isn't great, is that they haven't returned the computer, and I'm no longer getting any replies from them. Plenty of contact until I asked for it back, and nothing since

They did exactly what they said they were going to do and kept me well informed along the way.
Fast, efficient, and very friendly; what more could you ask for.
