Struggled to find somewhere to send my MacBook Air. Found this company and everything has gone like clockwork - ordered a new screen and paid on the Sunday - item collected by my postman on the monday and back with me one week later all fixed for a fraction of the cost quoted at the Apple Store.
Thanks for providing a very good service and for the communications received to confirm laptop received, being inspected, repaired and then delivered back to me.

Efficient and friendly service!

Customer service was very good with prompt, helpful response to phone calls. My screen was replaced in a couple of days using what I understand was a second hand screen in good condition. The drawback was that Royal Mail next day delivery did not live up to its name. Returning the laptop they failed to use the designated safe place so I had to collect it a day later from a post office.

Offered a competitive price for the repair. Swift service but unfortunately laptop would not turn on again only a few days later. Went to another repair shop and was told the equipment used was not genuine, plus when they opened up my laptop to check what the second issue was, they forgot to put a missing piece back in. I now have to send back to original seller to see if I can fix it again.

Repair took longer than expected

Can recommend, they know their stuff, sent a macbook air in and it had more serious problems than expected, eventually they offered me a higher spec replacement and discounted all the money I had paid toward fixing the first, so very happy with that.

Brilliant company. As with most online iPad fixes, you’re never too sure. Is this company legit etc.
Sent the iPad off, 2 days later it’s back at my front door!

My iPad Pro 2024 was not charging or seeing anything plugged into USB C port.
Logged a job with iPad-repair.co.uk to replace the port.
iPad was picked up by courier the next day and delivered back 5 days later. USB C port replaced and fully functional, iPad still looks like brand new.

I was over the moon with speed and efficiency of my Macbook new screen replacement. Royal Mail got my macbook to London in quick style. Fix my broken screen kept me informed as to what they were doing. Then let me know as soon as it left them to come back to me. PC niw in perfect condition I was totally lost without it.

New Apple Watch battery was fitted - it has 100% capacity and the repair was done very quickly. Great value.

Paid £465 for a MacBook Pro screen repair in January 2026. Three months later it failed in the exact same spot. Brought it back within the 12-month warranty and was told it was ‘physical damage’ - not covered.

Their own technician applied a screen protector when they returned the laptop. That protector is completely intact. Not a scratch. If I’d applied enough force to break the screen, the protector would show it. It doesn’t.

They also don’t tell you they only replace the LCD and keep your original cracked glass - so you’re paying £465 for a partial repair on already-compromised glass.

Now having to pursue formal legal action to get this resolved. Avoid.

Excellent speedy service at a good price. Everything was well explained - I sent my broken apple watch off early in the week and it was back with me by the end of the week - all with great communication along the way
